Not sure if its just my end but it was so laggy i could not play it, with nearly 1 frame every 2 seconds, not exactly sure why. also the sensitivity of my mouse seemed to be so high that if i moved my mouse even a millimeter it would send me staring in the sky or ground and in random directions. i was able to move and throw the rocks and even kill a snake though so if it wernt for that it seemed like it was working well.
I liked the game. It was cool, but after collecting the fifth artifact the ground disappeared and I fell into space. Does that mean I won?
There was some weird collision hitboxes and trying to jump over anything felt a bit weird because I kept getting stuck on walls. Otherwise, it played pretty well.
i liked the characters you chose for the enemies. the big guy at the end was my favorite. got 4 out of the 5 artifacts before dying, good game.
i enjoyed quite a bit of it, lobbing rocks at almost anything can be fun, so I found that pretty amusing if I'm being honest. boss was easy so if there was a way to scale the difficulty that would be nice other than that great game!
I liked the map and environment, but I wouldve made it bigger and added more challenging obstacles. Throwing rocks at snakes was super fun! But they didnt seem to be a threat. I also thought the boss was way too easy to kill. I would make this game more engaging and challenging. I loved how you could restart by pressing R.
Very fun! everything worked great for me and was a lot of fun! Only thing I can think of is some background music would really make the game feel more alive
Very neat game. I really liked the jumping animation speed up. Taking out the snake and collecting the loot felt great. Getting the big boss at the end was fun. I couldn't take him down, but I did sneak past him to the golden moving door. Very neat game. Monster animation was good. I did once and was still able to move around. Might be a minor bug but I had a lot of fun playing this game.
I liked the maze and approaching snakes and other obstacles. the life bar was creative and the environment was very nice. the combination mouse and keyboard to control movements was a little challenging.
Fun little game, Im not sure if there was an actual way to get to the boss room or not without jumping over the walls? I think that could definitely be shown a little better, and then explaining where the end is could be better. Overall though, enjoyable first person adventure game.
This was pretty fun, Death is no obstacle to me, nor will it ever be. The jump move doesn't sense the ground so you can just push into a wall and jump multiple times.
Loved the rocks ricochet off the walls, had way to much sniping snakes using that. I never had any issue clipping through walls, all the lava seemed a bit annoying. Good Job overall!
I liked it was almost done and I fell through the map :[
Only issue I found is that the controls felt sticky, I got stuck on random locations where it wasn't a wall and I fell through the floor.
I think it was related to the colliders. I had a horrible time trying to get a tank to work correctly due to colliders for one of my own game projects during the semester, I found that for colliders I its best to overlap them to help with movement/ground collision, unity just doesn't like having too flat surfaces moving across each other.
for 2d I found a circle at the bottom by the feet for movement and then a square at the top for the rest of the sprite, 3D a sphere or capsule collider at the feet/for each track, and a box for the rest of the body. Same for vehicles put a sphere collider for each wheel. Or they have a built in wheel component collider but I didn't mess with it.
I liked it, a fun little adventure into a ruins, the controls could have been a bit smoother. I loved the rock throwing, it was reminiscent of throwing the stars in Super Mario Galaxy, and I really liked the choice of music, it really added to the atmosphere!
Wunderbar! The sound effects were perfect, the music gave a great ambiance, the controls were generally pretty smooth, LOVED the way you did the bag pickup mechanic (simple, but effective!), the projectiles were a good speed and felt good to use, the enemy health bars were a very nice touch, and I appreciated the fact you added a check to make sure we collected all the artifacts.
I only have two nitpicks to make here:
1. the hitbox for the lava was a bit awkward I found, if I started my jump too close I would catch the "edge" of it despite looking like I'm going over it just fine.
and 2. when you die, the game doesn't actually stop, you can keep running around and doing things with the "you died" message on screen.
Overall a clean and greatly fun experience, Awesome job!!
I could jump on the walls infinitely skipping enemies and even though I have a health bar, I don't seem to die?
I see potential in the idea of the game just need to flesh it out more.
