Not so friendly with mouse. And I found some bugs:
The first one is If you drag from the left-side of the screen to the right half, time will keep flowing even you stop holding. This makes it barely impossible to finish the game by a mouse(I guess).
The second If you click/tap really quickly(instead of holding) you consume no time.
It's very impressive though,I had a lot of fun with it!
Congratulations on your first game jam. I have to say that the game is impressive. It’s really fun and original. I know how it is to get excited in the beginning and loosing motivation towards the end, but you finished it, and it looks and plays great! It’s difficult to play with a mouse, so I think it would be great to add support to use “A” and “D” and/or “left arrow” and “right arrow”. Then it would be easier to time the jumps. I didn’t get further than level 4 because of the controls on PC. I think it would be easier on mobile.
I also like the tutorial levels, it helps me understand the game mechanic. Some puzzles are difficult, but the hints help. Good job on the game!
My personal favorite of this jam. For me you are the winner. The puzzles are very well designed and the second level where you have to jump and bounce on the platform made me go "AH-AH!" i felt very clever and this is the best sensation when you play a puzzle game. Very well done.
This was my first jam too and also my first game at all so i completley understand your struggle with the motivation rollercoaster but...you made an awesome job!
The graphics are a bit inspired by Taito games like Bubble Bubble or am I wrong?
Nicely done, appreciate the use of ChatGPT! The graphics are nice, and the mechanics are unique, a real brain teaser! I rewrote this with the help of AI:
This game offers intriguing puzzles that truly shine as its highlight. The cleverly crafted mechanics kept me engaged and rewarded me with a sense of accomplishment. The graphics are visually appealing with a unique style. However, the lack of music and sound effects detracted from the overall immersion. Adding a suitable soundtrack and sound effects would greatly enhance the experience. Despite this, I was captivated by the puzzles and impressed by the graphics, leading me to rate the game highly. With the addition of immersive audio elements, it has the potential to reach even greater heights. Kudos to the developers for their creativity, and I eagerly anticipate future updates or projects.
Great concept! It was good that you've added the tutorial levels initially, as they really helped hone in to the mechanics of the game. I got a bit stuck in the level where you had to move the platform slightly before going into the door, but otherwise it worked really well :-D
I hope you've had a great jam! :-)
For this being your first game jam i find it pretty innovative. Fun puzzle game and a bit though to get throu the levels but fun. Well done mate
Great game, with awesome gameplay! although I think you can easily cheat if you press fast enough you can never use time.
cool concept but it might have been better to have the pc controls be rigged to a key press rather than mouse buttons since i think that it may have been conflicting with the screen controls
Interesting and unique concept, and I like how each mechanics was introduced in first three levels. Having quick restart button would be nice, to not waste time when you realize you already messed up.
Level 3. I like how the level platform can push me backwards lmao
Interesting puzzle designs. although the player cannot flip by itself and well it is part of its design.
Can see this will become more interesting more mechanics
