Cool concept! It’s aesthetically pleasing, and the level designs are quite clever. I think it needs a bit more polishing, though, especially with the traps; like Satinel said, it may have detection issues. I also agree with the rotation effect being slow, but overall, good job!

Appreciate the feedback! Think I finally figure out the bug with the traps and just fixed it with the newest update. Thanks again!

Fun game, I liked to rotating tower and the different themes as I progressed through the levels. Good job!

Pretty nifty, I quite like the look of the levels and the core concept is solid. I think the rotation effect is a little slow, especially since it doesn't stop the level timer from ticking down. It does let the player hang in the air during a jump so that's really neat.

There seem to be some collision detection issues, in the very first level I ran through all the traps without taking a single hit, to the point where I didn't know for sure that they were meant to be traps. It's most noticeable in the second zone with the spikes since it's much clearer when those are up or down, sometimes I'd be standing in raised spikes without taking damage, other times it felt like I got hit when they'd already gone down.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! The traps have been one of my main struggles since they are "supposed" to work as a damage over time but it wants to fight me on that :) If I get some time before Monday ill see if I can make those better. Also it seems there's been multiple feedback on the island rotation speed so I may speed that up a bit for better balancing. Thanks again!

You're very welcome! :D I didn't realize the traps were meant to be damage over time, I think that explains why they weren't behaving how I expected them to. It would definitely help if you could implement a visual indicator for that, once you get them working how you want.

Developer(+1)

Think I finally figure out the bug, traps should now be working appropriately (though more dangerous)

Cool game! I really like the idea of having to turn the environment to navigate to the top! My only suggestion is to increase the character's speed so the controls don't feel as sluggish.

Besides that, I liked the music and felt the levels were creatively designed! Great job!

Very cool use of the theme. Reminded me of Fez and also another game with the twisted world mechanic that I can't remember the name. Very satisfying gameplay. I'd like to try this again, but with the character and twist mechanic sped up. Also less time. I know that would make the gameplay last way shorter, but I think it would be more effective. Anyway, excellent work!

Very fun! I'm surprised you were able to make so much big levels in such a short time. The graphics are pretty and I can imagine this being a fun mobile game (if it was really zoomed in)

Great game idea, and the all 3d plataforming gives it a little bit of a challenge but also a lot of freedoom to be creative and also to mess up. However it seems like the UI is bugged so i couldn't restart after dying and i couldn't keep going after the first level. Hope you can fix that because the other levels seem interesting from the screenshots

Developer

Thanks for the heads up on the new bug! I fixed the UI and uploaded the fix so it should be working again. Thanks for giving it a try!

Yep, i was able to play all levels and there was some really good level design combined with all of it. Great game

Fantastic game. After playing the first level it made me want to try to beat it without turning the screen. I unfortunatley could not hit the next button when I tried on both the downloaded version and the web version.

That was fun! I got to the end of the first level, however the button to go to the next level didn't work for me.

Developer

Ah crap. I know exactly what the problem is but I will have to wait until this evening to fix it. Appreciate the heads up on the new bug!

Great job on your game! I've left a rating. Take a moment to try out my game and share your thoughts by rating it too!

That felt quite good to play! well done !

Congratulations on your third release.
The game was successful, but I would have made the character faster.
You are great!

Nice game i really enjoyed that!!! Funky music :)

Really cool implementation of the theme and it looks great, The character seemed to move really fast and the jumps were also really fast it kinda felt like I was playing it on fast forward. I noticed in the comments someone said the opposite so if theres an earlier version let me know and ill try play that one to see the difference.

Nice game, I like the various themes that each level has and it works very well. I would personally add a control to zoom into the player for once you get higher up and unlock the movement when camera is rotating/make the camera rotate faster.

Cool game! Reminded me of Fez. Guess I'd suggest it could be more zippy, rotate view could be nearly instant, character could jump and fall faster, the fires could cycle more quickly, some things like that would make the package feel more responsive

I played your game till the end, had lots of fun and was positively surprised how many levels you have implemented. Keep up the good work! If I could add one thing it would probably be movable enemies that you can jump upon like goombas for example.

Developer

Thanks! The enemies were one thing that was on my ToDo list, just didn't get the time to implement it.
