Loved the use of the 1-bit pack! Really fun overall, and impressive for being new to the engine. Great job!
Thank you! I really liked the 1-bit pack, and I more-or-less built my game around it. It was a nice challenge to work with its limitations.
That was a fun (and hard!) little game! I'm really impressed that you were able to do all this in a short time while learning a new game engine, great job!
Thank you very much!
Love this game! It's quite hypnotic when you are autofiring and it starts to match up with the music - almost makes it like a rhythm game. For me the difficulty was spot on when using autofire and getting the pickups :)
Thanks for playing! I appreciate your feedback 😀
The game is winnable? so hard lol
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I've received multiple comments about the difficulty, and it's something I have to get better at tuning. Thanks for the feedback!
Congrats on finishing your first jam! It was very quite fun and well polished.
Thank you very much!
Congrats on your first jam! Fun arcade style game. The ghost movement was a nice idea to keep things interesting. Love the visuals.
Thank you very much!
I love the 1-bit pixel art style! The game was quite addicting once I got the hang of it!
Thanks for playing!
Love the aesthetic and seems well balanced in difficulty. Nice one
Thank you very much!
A wonderful little game! Great Job!
Thank you very much!
Really nice game! Wanted to play more:) maybe implement some kind of score system if you where to continue working on the project.
Thanks for playing! I had to leave out a lot of features for this submission, a score system being one of them. I might do a quick update after the rating period to add that in along with a few other mechanics.
This is lots of fun, really solid design, nice use of the 1bit assets. The power up and the different enemies were really well balanced. Good job on your submission!
Thanks for playing! I appreciate your feedback and kind words!
Very fun game! The ghost were a great addition to the difficulty.
Thanks for playing! I appreciate the feedback. The ghosts seem to be what trips up most players, which is exactly how I designed them to be, so I'm glad it's working.
Wow! This was an INTENSE last stand experience! Thanks for that. My heart got a workout, lol. Very nice job!
Thanks for playing! I'm glad that I was able to design a good last stand 😄
I enjoyed playing this! The ghosts gave me a lot of trouble
Thanks for playing! I appreciate the feedback, and I'm glad you enjoyed my game.
Really like the aesthetics and how the game plays! Difficulty was I think slightly above just right - I only lost like 1 HP I think? Enjoyed!
Thanks for playing! I appreciate the feedback, and I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Good start to a game, plays well and was not buggy at all. Good potential to expand upon. I played it on my youtube channel and if you want to see it and the feedback you can check it here
I like how you put all of the feedback from different games on a youtube video!
I wanted to do it livestream where the devs can watch but im just too busy this week, its cool playing a game live for the first time while the creators watch and chat with you. Next time for sure.
good job! i could see lots of ways to expand the game but you kept the scope perfect for a jam.
Thanks for playing!
Simple mechanics. Simple style. Worked.
Could have used some explanation how to move and shoot ( ingame )
Thanks for the feedback! I would have loved to put a controls screen or tutorial in-game, but I messed up by making the game in 240x160 resolution. The game engine doesn't really like rendering text at that resolution 😅
Really nice job for doing this in 10 days in a new game engine! This is my type of game, one I enjoyed and would play again. Only thing I missed was some way of keeping a score, something like the amount of time it took for the tower to fall so I could see if I could keep the tower defended longer the next time.
Thanks for the feedback! I agree that a progress tracker or a score would be great to have. Maybe I can squeeze it in next time 🙂
