I like finding and getting the foxes to follow back, I think the game could be expanded on. Great work! Also, I liked the art style in this, it fits the game.

I had a good time playing but I would suggest making a web build or looking a bit in the optimizition part because a lot will just ignore it due to file size and you'll be missing votes even tho the game is great

A very fun little game. In some ways it reminds me of trying to get my dog back when she is off leash at the dog park. :)

Developer

Game has a basic AI system, but I decided to use this system differently. So that the foxes are the good guys. :) I can totally agree that it is similar to get the dog to follow you back home. It would be interesting to play more with this system and give the foxes more advanced behaviour. Thank you for the comment and play testing.

Hey afuwwan! So happy to see that more and more people take time to play the game. Thank you.  Yes the sad reality is that those foxes freeze in that cold water. :D

The atmosphere was great, and the foxes look funny :) Good Job, I just dont understand how the game can have 400mb

Developer

Thank you! Yes the file size is so big, because it is not optimized well enough. And also game has - Ultra Dynamic weather system which is probably half of the game size.

Cool concept! I wish things were just a bit quicker, but fun.

Hey there! Thanks! Yep other players said the same. Looks like I will have to make some updates for it.

I think the game does a great job in setting the mood, from the initial cutscene, to the igloo, to all the effects (water, snow and so on). I think it has a lot of potential for future expansion (loved the hexagonal tiles!)

If I may give a little piece of advice, I would like the foxes to be quicker in following you, but otherwise I enjoyed how you needed to keep the fires on as you met them, and the fish that appeared once you broke some pieces of ice (would I have died if I did not eat them?)

I hope you bring this project further, nice submission! :)

Thank you so much for trying out my game. This means a lot for me.

I had many issues while making it and I learnt a lot. I would love to add maybe a timer and more options to do in the game.

Also I think I should add some tutorial, because there is a trick to make foxes move faster, but probably nobody knows it :D

If you let the fox eat the fish, then it starts to walk faster. But I agree maybe they should faster already in the beginning of the game.  Thank you!

3D art is the game's strongest point, especially those funky looking foxes. Not sure what the  mechanics are tho since they are not stated on the jam page. Collect foxes / hit the blocks maybe?

Developer(+1)

Hey Minjutin. Thank you for playing my game. I appreciated compliment about 3D art. Also I agree those foxes are funky.  To be honest I was struggling a lot with mechanics and had problems with packaging the game. The main idea is to destroy blocks/ light fire to regenerate heat and collect foxes.
