Great game, very nice mechanics. The art is very nice, the sound and music fit with the game. I had a lot of fun finding new cards, the more powerful  cards are very nice.  But for me it doesn't really fit well with the theme, I never felt I was out of control... maybe if you remove the "end of turn" button it would change the fact I had the impression I had full control of my main character.

Love the general presentation and the art is beautiful!

Awesome gameplay! I have tons of fun with it!

Really good game, though it was a little slow-paced. I think that you should automatically proceed to the next floor upon killing all the enemies, which would prevent the player from just camping a level to open every crate and pot.

It works super well, and that's the kind of game I love to play in general, outside of jams. Maybe it's not as strongly connected to the theme as ideal, but I can see the connection.

This is an ok one of these. I dont think it suited the theme, and card based roguelites have been done to death. But technically great work!

Really enjoyed this one. Played way too long playing it :D

Loved the mechanic - could definitely see myself sinking hours into this if released on switch or mobile.

Great entry! Loved everything about it. There's potential for great game.

I had a lot of fun with this one! Love the art style and minimalist audio too! I didn't quite get what the icons on the bottom right meant and it was quite easy, but I think you can definitely expand on this, would be cool to see  bosses and different types of cards like healing, AOE, etc. Would love to play more of this!

This is a really fun submission! Great aesthetic and art, I feel like this could have explored the theme a bit more. Maybe pushing the player to make decisions faster? Good job! :)

Love the aesthetic, really cool idea with the deck building as well. I do think there could be a more immediate sense of danger, maybe a timer or something, but a cool entry nonetheless!

I love the card-based game play! very very smart and original game

Great job! Well polished game felt great to play. I played it for a while and never got bored of it. It may be a stretch with the theme of the jam but its a great game overall.

Submitted

Significantly polished! The design is quite engaging alongside the simplistic graphics.

Great job! I like how polished this is, especially with the UI that conveys information to the player clearly. We actually made a game with the exact same idea, but with more randomness and focus on fast paced actions (and we have an RPG card...!), so it feels very different. Do check it out and leave a rating if you have time!

nice game, good graphics and solid idea

Idea is awesome. Just wish you could make less movement with a higher  card, a lot of the time I would just go back and forth hoping for the right combinations (especially proeminent on the first levels)

Awesome Game! it was loads of fun to play and I got pretty far.  Definitely a clever design and really nice clean art.  Good soundtrack too!

Submitted

Nice game! I believe this could be a full game! The idea is really great, and with more cards it would be even better! Congratulations!

It's really fun, I hope you continue to work on it
