How does your game fit the theme?
We made a game in which the player character (a fox) gets possesed multiple times by ghosts and CAN'T CONTROL its own body. Its body moves on its own. Our game's objective is to reclaim control of your own fox body (as many times as you need) and get to a safe place where no spirit can posses you again. (English is not our first lenguage sorry)

Really beautiful style!
Hey-- beautiful game. I played through it on my stream but unfortunately most of the video had audio issues. I clipped some of it here if you're interested:

I had issues getting the initial cut scene to play in the windows version, and the browser version ran at an absolute crawl, but other than that great job.
Thank you for playing our game in your stream! It really brought a big smile to the whole team. 😺
Your live feedback of the game was also really helpful. We took note of some of the stuff you said and will work to fix them on a later build.
We never really had a chance to fully optimize the intro cutscene. And that's a bit of a shame because it had some really cute animations on it. 😿
If you are still interested in watching it, we added the video to the page of the game!
Again, super thank you! ♥
Beautiful art style on this. Unfortunately the controls need a bit of tuning to make it feel playable. It's difficult to play when you jump and can no longer see the ground. I'd be excited to see what you can develop this into given more time!
We are glad you liked the art style! We will do our best to polish this game after the jam is completly finished!
Hopefully in the future, the jump length will depend on how long you press it's respective key. That way the player has more control over the little fox's movement.
Thank you for the feedback!
That would be a really nice improvement. I look forward to seeing what you come up with! We'd love your feedback on our game as well. SpaceBus
Gorgeous visuals and a really cool concept. I wanted to enjoy it more but unfortunately the performance was struggling quite a bit, both in browser and downloaded. But technical issues aside, I'd love to see the mechanic taken further if you guys do decide to continue the project.
Awww thank you! 😻 We really put a lot of us into this game.
We are going to continue and improve on it. And the first thing in the order is to optimize it! We heard some computers can't run the game properly and that super bad! We want everyone to be able to play it.
Hope you will be up to playing it again once those issues are fixed 😸.
Super thank you for the feedback.
The look is gorgeous. Reminds me a bit of Limbo.
Had to play a second time to see the possession mechanic. Interesting idea but a bit subtle if you don't look closely.
Can definitley see a full game made out of this!
Laura
Thank you Laura! I'm glad you like it 💖
You are exactly right, we were really inspired by the dark plataformers Playdead do.
I also want to thank you for replaying the game to check out the possession mechanic. That was very nice 😺.
When the jam is over we will try a hand at extending the game and making the main mechanic be the real protagonist.
Thanks for the feedback!
Love the art and the "noir" feel. Subtly reminds me of Limbo. Very subtly, mind you X)
Great job guys :)
Btw check out my game and give me some feedback yeah?

Absolutely gorgeous game!
Beautiful aesthetics!
Beautifull, but really easy, i mean just move right and you avoid most possession, and recovery is not hard. Definitely the art was more the point of that game than the gameplay, but still amazing.
You are right, both the difficulty and the controls didn't do much of showing the main mechanic. We will improve upon this and make the gameplay more complex.
Thank you for the feedback! Hope you can stick with us and play the game again when we do!
The art and overall aesthetics are absolutely gorgeous. I didn't really get the mechanics. I wish it had been explained a little bit more. I think the jump could have been a little less.
The presentation and art for this game is absolutely stunning. Very atmospheric!
The artstyle is amazing, great job! I was not sure about the mechanics of the game, I just kept moving forward until the end without seeing the "possessed body" feature a single time. When I was attacked by an ennemy I just had to smash the arrow keys to get freed in a sec. Maybe it is too easy to get rid of the ennemies?
Really beautiful game anyway :)
Like everyone else has said, the art is wonderful! Interesting mechanic and atmosphere.
Didn't feel too threatened by the things attacking you, cause I was able to free myself pretty quickly. But, I like the concept and where it could go!
Truly great art and atmosphere, and the out of body mechanic is great! I just wish there was more to it, it would be great to see a full version of the game maybe with more mechanics and objectives, great work for two days and great potential!
Interesting work, beautiful artwork and composition!
The graphics look great. Very beautiful, touching and full of sensitivity. Well done :)
The art and idea are amazing, it's really beautiful what you put together in that short time. The game play mechanics could be more special (and I'd like more consequences when I get possessed). But I bet you could do much more with it, nice concept.
The game is very poorly optimised and literally unplayable on my laptop - such a shame, because the art style looks breathtakingly beautiful. Would really love to try and give it a proper rating.
Either way, I'm definitely following and hoping next time you'll take this matter into consideration :)
Pretty standard gameplay but some great visuals. Well done all!
Art is amazing, but at times bit glitchy. Gameplay was okay, but could have improvement. This art combined with improved mechanics could go places! Great job! Also check out my game :).
