Fantastic art. A lot of content for a jam. Putting in a lot of enemies was a good idea but when they gang up on you then insta-kill you :c

Insane amount of content for a jam. The models and lighting are very well done, and movement with keyboard and mouse is satisfying even if simple. There was a fun part, when I died and after respawning, was sliding on my back for half the level :) a bit annoying that you have to walk all the (now empty) way again though.

The relation to the theme seems a bit far-fetched ;)
And unfortunately Unity (or the graphics in this particular game) require quite a high-end hardware, on a laptop I tried it didn't run fluently.

All in all very impressive work!

Developer

Ooh it's soo far fetched with the theme, we basically had the whole dungeon and it was 8 hours left... after 4 hours we tried to get the theme into the game :')

Super ambitious, and looks great for a jam game. How big was your team? The animations were a little awkward. Maybe exaggerate the swings more past the target in a larger arc to really sell the impact. But overall, great job!

Developer

So 1 tech/programmer + 1 voice-actor/writer

The enemy voice lines are hilarious! Could use some volume balancing, though -- I turned it up to be able to hear Hilda then blew out an eardrum when 5 monks spawned on top of me all simultaneously screaming.

Developer

Really? I will check it out, sadly can't patch :(

That's a very ambitious game. I was amazed when I got out of the dungeon and saw a huge and well detailed world. The 3d models are great! I can't believe you guys did it in less than 48 hours, that's impressive.

Adding some juice to the hitting mechanics, polishing some physics bugs and a more detailed UI and this is a full release, good job.

It's really incredible that you made this game in 48 hours. Despite having a lot of bugs with clunky AI and weird jumping, this is greatly outweighed by how great of a world you managed to make in the time limit. The combat is also surprisingly satisfying which is nice. Over all a very good game, great job!

A well made game with a lot of contents for a 48 hours game, had fun!

good game but my computer can't run it well

Developer

Ooh no, I should have added minimum requirements... 2080 ti or better.

I am so impressed by how much you managed to make in 48 hours! The only complaint I have is that the enemy AI can be kinda funky at times, but, getting enemy AI to work in 48 in the first place is outstanding! Good job!

Huge amount of content! Impressed with how much you got done. Walk animations are also super well done :D Overall an awesome entry.

Interesting game concept  - tons of content for the time limit, skeletons falling from the sky was an interesting idea to say the least :)

The visuals looked great, and there was a lot of content for 48 hours!

Great game and so much content for 48 hours. Had a blast!

Great game for 48 hours and I actually found it really funny with all the skeletons falling from the sky. Also the enemies felt like a threat when they ambushed you from behind which I found kept the combat interesting. Obviously some issues with the jump and some AI but to be expected in a jam. Overall top effort.

Developer

Thank you, I kind of regret fixing the jump issues (they were even worse, like roll into a rock and jump == flying into air kind of worse)

Really large game for 48 hours! Great work.

I really liked the look, the lighting was rad! Although I thought the controls were a little thick, the sword was very satisfying to use.

I had my audio turned up too loud, so the enemies scared me to death!

Developer(+1)

Happy you liked it!
Input, not a master piece, but managed to implement AI thanks to writing shitty input code :') one loss is an other victory in this case.

fucking voice lines and everything! radical

It's a very cool game, although the jumps feel a little clunky(does that word exist?)

All in all I think that this game has big chances of winning, except of because some parts were made our of the jam...

Very impressed with what you've managed to make in 48 hours! Definitely the best trailer of the whole game jam!!

Developer

We did create a lot of the audio however not everything as we used music from an asset.
