Love the font you used for the game title! The pixel art here overall is pretty good, especially for how long you had to make this game!
I like the zombie mechanic, although maybe allowing a second before the zombie starts moving would allow the player to get their bearings in a new level. Otherwise things can get hectic very quickly!
thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the art!
super interesting idea, I like it very much, and also the game has pretty nice art
Super cute! I love the concept that the zombies walk towards the character when the soul is gone, that is such a cute idea!
Very original and cool game. Your interpretation of the theme is very original and differentiates it from many other games. It is complete, playable and the difficulty curve is a good match for my brain capacity.
Very fun game! It has an original and unique take on the theme. Great job!
Very nice game and unique mechanic that got me both thinking and engaged, I like a lot that the game requires some fast movements but it's rather easy to make it naturally stop for a bit in a safe spot without actually pausing the game. Good exploration of the mechanics. I got stuck on a level with 3 doors , 2 characters and one zombie starting on the left, I couldn't figure out a way to bring the 2 girls to the left to be able to jump high enough, gave up after 10 mins of trying :)
I wonder what's the solution for this one
Solid entry! Requires both thinking and has tense moments with the zombies, I like it a lot
Thanks so much, we are glad you enjoyed it!
I'll give you a hint for the final level, One of the two characters is able to make it OVER the doors, without needing to walk through ;)
This was a cool and unique game. It definately went on for longer than I expected, even though I didn't finish due to getting stuck.
Overall super cool project! Got stuck at the level with the 2 characters and the zombie, had no idea how to solve it :(
Awesome! I don't know how many levels there are, it feels like I played through 10 and there's still more to see! Congrats on making a really unique mechanic :D
That's an awesome game jam entry! Everything fits so well together, really nice! =D
I love the concept! Quite difficult, but creative! I enjoyed it.
This is a fantastic jam game, it's a risky mechanic that you explored well with some fun mechanics and some interesting level designs!
If you plan to carry this on, I definitely think the controls should be tuned up a bit as they feel quite clunky right now, which is understandable in a jam. Definitely a lot you could expand on too with this idea!
Good job!
A couple of pretty cool concepts in this one! The controls should of course be improved, but the soul-leaving concept is neat!
Thanks so much! Tried our best to make the controls feel the least awkward. For example: We added a little delay after your mouse leaves the circle to give a little more lean room when it comes to making jumps.
Clean controls always takes time. I really liked the puzzles and I can see a lot of potential in the tools here.
great idea!
This game is a blast -- awesome job! The mechanics seemed weird at first, but I quickly got used to them and they paid off -- the puzzle design was excellent and made great use of the mechanics. Each level made me feel really smart. Nice take on the theme too, it's neat seeing a kind of "join" that isn't quite as literal.
Very original take on the theme. The game is hard, and I got stuck at one point, but I like it.
Interesting idea for the theme. I found it to be quite difficult, but I think it could have potential.
