I enjoyed the premise! It reminded a bit of Doodle God, if it were a puzzle platformer. The art direction also fit really nicely!
Really cool game! I really like the mechanic of merging with the other characters and the levels were super well designed, it was a lot of fun!
Incredible level design and concept! Art was really cool as well! Took a little bit to understand all of the mechanics, but once I did, I really enjoyed it! I would have liked some kind of free-camera, though. That would have made it easier to plan out exactly what I needed to do rather than just running around and trying to figure it out as I went. Fits the theme really well, too! So far definitely the best game I've played from this jam!
Very cool concept! I had fun solving the puzzles.
I liked the idea of merging with your allies. Great game!
Great Concept! Could propably be turned into a full game :D
I always got Splitting/Combining and switching character mixed up but that's propably just me xD
Keep up the good work :)
Absolutely marvelous concept. I love the idea of joining together the different elements to make new ones. The art in the levels looks very professional. Superb job!
Brilliant stuff!! Really well done.
A really well-polished and enjoyable experience, congratulations! The visuals, the sounds, flawless controls, the clever level design, it's all there, impressing!
Thanks for the feedback! I really enjoyed your game too, toying with gravity was a ton of fun!
Excellent game. I was surprised to see how good the level design was, especially for a two-day game jam. Additionally, there were very few bugs and the music was fitting. Overall, great job.
Thanks for the feedback! Can you be more specific with the bugs you encountered? I want to be able to fix them in the post-jam version!
Nothing serious but I did glitch inside of one of the ice cliffs for about 2 seconds. I don't think it's too much of a concern though. Something else that was a bit annoying was the range of the 3-way join. There were a few times when I wanted to separate two of the elements but instead ended up merging with the 3rd element.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll take this to my dev team and see how we can fix this and improve the experience for a post jam build!
This was a really good game centered around a super promising mechanic, if you were ever to expand on this or make improvements a system to select which character you want instead of cycling through them would be great to make the game feel that much better. Great job!
Thanks for the feedback! We were originally going to have the player be able to cycle through the characters with Q and E, but we prioritized other things and figured the tab was simple enough with only three characters. We might add that to the post-jam build though!
A fun puzzle game. The backtracking was a bit of a pain sometimes, but I finished it and enjoyed it.
Thanks for the feedback! We wanted to experiment with an open puzzle design like a metroidvania where you could tackle some puzzles in any order. If we keep designing levels, we might try to take out some of the back tracking!
A fun puzzle game. The backtracking was a bit of a pain sometimes, but I finished it and enjoyed it.
the game was really ingenious and it was really good visuals and introduction, i found really fun the mixing of elemens with the puzzles, i would remove the part where you have to move each one of the characters to the finishing point because it's a little bit tedious, overall great game!
Thank you! We thought just collecting the orbs was to easy, we wanted some sort of additional challenge to end each level with. I'll experiment some to see how that might help to improve gameplay! I just checked out your game and really enjoyed it!
Really good!
Thanks! I just played your game!
Really good!
Wow. I can tell you put a lot of effort into this game. I'm obsessed with the merging mechanic!
I love the concept and the "melting" mecanic !
Great idea to put a little "cinematic" at the beginning, it's a really cool way to introduce story, also the music is really relaxing and matching perfectly with the game !
Character animation is stunning btw !
Thanks for the feedback! Once the team came up with the idea of a merging / unmerging mechanic, we kinda knew we had something super special! I'll check out your entry later today!
thanks 🙏
I'm happy you enjoyed the merge mechanic! We thought it was something unique and it played out a lot better than I expected. I'll also check out your game here soon as well!
thanks a lot 🙏
Sorry about the wait, but I finally had a chance to play your game. It was super fun, I left a comment there as well!
This was awesome. The puzzles were very fun to play and the little details such as the music changing in the final level or the cutscenes made it an even better experience.
Thanks! Our artist did an incredible job. I love all of the detail she was able to put into the cutscenes and animations with so little time!
Thanks for the comment, i'm glad you enjoyed it! This game would probably be a shell of its current self if it wasn't for our musician and artist. They did a fantastic job.
Very pretty and fun to play game. It reminds me of a game I used to play as a child, yet I don't remember the title
Thanks for the feedback! If you can remember what game it was, let us know. No one on the dev team could think of anything like it. I'll check out your game a little later today!
Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you enjoyed it! The game that I thought it reminded me of early on was Fireboy and Watergirl, not sure if thats the one you are referencing or not. I will be checking out your game soon!
Just rated yours, I really enjoyed it, especially the physics on the ball!
