Nice game, that didn't overstay it's welcome. At first I thought that I had to reach the portal with both balls tho, haha.  Once I knew that the red one was an enemy that game was pretty clear.

Nice graphics and sound effects! The first level gave me the impression that I had to get both balls to the goal at the same time, so I had to figure out why I kept dying on level 2 by trial and error. It’s also pretty frustrating having to restart the entire game after losing on any level 3 times. There were some fun moments in the game, but I would have liked a bigger focus on puzzles.

super cool idea and minigame i like it!

This is a cool little jam game with a solid idea. It's not really that polished but you can definitively see the direction this was going.

It keeps killing me off on the third level even though I have a life :( But idea is easy to understand and from those levels you have quite a lot to explore with it! Have to mention the crazy squelch sound at the end of the level too, nothing specific about it just acknowledging it :D

Needs a tutorial, great puzzles, the art is good, good game!

This is a pretty fun puzzle game, I think the lives system was a bit much, but, the game was short enough that it didn't impede too much once you figured out what was going on, it has some fairly clever level design as well. Nice job!

A bit rough around the edges with lack of restart button but the game is so solid it still holds up, really well done!

Game takes a bit getting used to but once it does there is genuinely a lot of thought that can go into solving the puzzles without dying. The core game is absolutely solid in that regard!

I do think that the universal HP system is kind of unnecessary as opposed to simply restarting the level you're on and this is exemplified by the fact that to restart you need to reboot the game. This makes trying again take more effort than it feels needed.

Tight controls, good concept, good sfx, great art.

However, there are no buttons for restarting, and the health and goal system is a bit intuitive.

All in all, great submission and fun game!

A simple concept with a twist. Usually when people make the "one player controls two characters" style, they go in the same direction. But here they go in opposite directions. And the fact the other character is also an enemy is something others dont do that often.

Really good for being made with python, well done. I think it could do with a bit more explaination, because I though you had to get both balls in the portal thingy

Neat idea with some fun level design, especially level 5. more / unlimited lives would be nice, I died a lot

Bit confused at what to do at first, i think the game would benefit from a main menu and a tutorial on how to play, the game is nice but as others have stated just having the player respawn on the level instead of having to quit the game would really benefit the game. Nice puzzle game with well crafted levels, good work overall and congrats on completing your first game jam! :)

Really interesting concept that I personally really enjoyed. Only real issue was the lives system I think the game would benefit if you got rid of it and just let the player respawn an every time they died instead of having to go back to level 1. But other than that really fun puzzle game with really well crafted levels.

once you get the hang of things, it's p good

definetly needs a respawn option tho

Not entirely sure what's the actual objective at first, an instruction would be helpful but other than that it was such a nice 'puzzle' game!

First time I've ever played a py game.  Kinda makes me want to work on my twitter bot I wrote in python :)  This was a pretty neat game.  Although I've seen the control 2 character theme a lot in this jam the other character was never an enemy so theres a lot of originality to this!

Good one! Hope you will polish and release it :)
