How does your game fit the theme?
In my game, the role of the player to save the prince has gone AFK. Instead, you as the level designer must do their role for them and guide them unconsciously to complete their quest and free the prince.

Did your team create the vast majority of the art during the 48 hours?

Yes

We created the vast majority of the art during the game jam

Did your team create the vast majority of the music during the 48 hours?

A cool game with great humor

Very cool! Sometimes the physics were a little jarring, but really enjoyed playing :)

Oh man, wonderfully done. The game just oozes character, the dialogue and interactions were all great. I love how much life you gave to a couple of shapes. The design is all perfect, super minimalist but everything is conveyed perfectly. The music fits the tone of the player being afk for the entire game. My only real complaint is that it was a tad easy, I was able to get through most of the levels without all the tools.

Bravo, this is a great entry.

PS Nice to see such quality in a Godot project. Just curious was it version 3 or 4?

Developer

Godot 4.1 :D Quite liking the new features.
Thank you for the feedback! The intent was to create a physics sandbox, but I admit that it felt a bit cramped for that so it just felt like easy puzzles instead :P

The game is great. I can't really think of any feedback, besides that level 3 was really hard.

Firstly, just amazing sound effects and audio ambience!  Some of the best in any game jam I've played.  The idea fits the jam theme wonderfully.  The game mechanic is great.

The controls are quite fiddly.  It's a bit restrictive.  This game could really turn into something great with some effort.

Good job!

Just wow! The polish and gameplay is incredible. Very funny writing too, great job!!

Lovely game, had some difficulties to control the placement of the platforms but overall it was fun, and the art is great!
Good job!

the overall is good, but the controls are a bit tedious, it's hard to say where the prince will go, but for a 48h game it's pretty good actually. Can you also play my game so I can get feedbacks!

Lovely sense of humor, I really enjoyed the over-all presentation. I also experienced some game-breaking bugs, when trying to reset the game. Kinda hard to get yourself to go back to the game, when it is quite finicky to begin with to finish levels sometimes. There really is some potential here, though.

I liked the game but the only bad part in it was that I bugged it and couldn't continue through but really great game loved it.

The story scenes were really excellent, felt really seamless and polished. The gameplay while maybe not the most original was really good, I liked the balance of freedom and jankyness. The spring was my favourite, I feel like there could be some really good puzzle skips in a longer game with it. I think my only issue is that not every round was always the same, I assume because of some physics interactions, so some setups weren't always reliable. But it didnt take away from the fun.

Really great submission

Developer

Thanks for playing!! I had a bunch of fun implementing the spring, wish I could have explored it more in the level design :P

The introduction was really cute, the actual gameplay was a little janky for me though, and I found a bug where you could infinitely spawn in objects.

Adorable game, loved the fake pause menus especially

This is incredibly creative! I love the dynamic  between the player and the narrator. Reminds me of The Stanley Parable a little.

Really freaking neato! Loved every second of it!

Super super cute game, however I found a bug while playing it.

I was in the 3rd or 4th level and when trying to press the reset button, I could no longer place any more platforms, screenshot in case it helps:

Well presented and polished mechanics!

I made it! I really enjoyed this game even though I feel like I glitched through most of the puzzles by pushing the player through solid blocks. But it is still a fun game! Very well done!
