the game was graphicallys sensational, unfortunately technically still kept very simple, the gameloop is you succeeded well, I have a question, there is also a Pacifist ending? I had a issue during the game, but that was probably the map end down left, but there were still enemies, otherwise super good, keep it up. your next will be even better! )=D
Thank you so much for reviewing and liking my art hehe ^^
It would be a great idea to add a pacifist ending! We will definitely discuss this after all he feedback has come in and we start working on the post jam game! :D
I had so much fun doing this jam hehe see you next year then!
Cool sheep game.
Thank you! Baaaaaah!
Cute sheep!
Thank you so much!
A cute and simple game! I absolutely loved it.
You can accidentally exit full screen by clicking too fast when playing it on the browser in full screen. So I recommend downloading it to play it.
And not sure if it's just me or not, but I feel like sometimes my sheep seem to boost in speed without any reason.
Thank you for the feedback! Didn't hear about those problems accuring before!
Will definitely check on them when continuing working on this game! :D
AWESOME Cover art! Nice presentation and great concept! I hope that you will continue developing the gameplay more, because it would be great!
We will probably make a post jam update with all the feedback taken into consideration ! :D
And if that doesn't happen I will make another game with the assets haha ^^
I am very happy that you like my art!
Oooh, I love the artwork! Also always a big fan of paper-mario-esque 2d sprites in a 3d scene. Some animation would have been the cherry on top of the cake, but I guess that’s a bit much to ask for for a 48 h jam.
Gameplay-wise, pretty basic, but also pretty fun. Who doesn’t love slaughtering a few innocent sheep? The rambocks were a nice addition (though none of them ever actually managed to hurt me, so not sure how much damage they even deal). I guess for a full role reversal, the sheep could start slaughtering their fellow pack mates until they are the alpha wolf or something like that (though I heard that’s just a myth, but eh)?
Ran into a weird problem where after running into some trees, I wasn’t able to land any attacks anymore at one point. Luckily by then, I had already hunted enough prey.
Thanks for reviewing our game! The problem with the trees and rocks are very much known by now haha!
The player gets elevated by rocks/trees but has no gravity to go back down and because of this you can't hurt sheep anymore, sorry ^^
Thank you for liking my art! We had the animation sprites ready but sadly had some programming problems that made them not work in the game.
We will definitely take your feedback into consideration when preparing a post game jam update! :D
Very fun controls, it's a pity that almost no challenge)
Haha no worries it will become a challenge post jam!
We received so much great feedback I think it will become awesome! :D
The art is so good and really fits the macabre theme, gives me Don't Starve vibes! The gameplay leaves a lot to be desired though. You can very easily go past the required 15 kills because at most you'll need to deal 2 swings of damage before getting a kill, and there's no real danger since you get a generous amount of HP and you have to go out of your way to die to the rams. I feel like this game could work great as a high-score beat 'em up where you can pull off cool kill moves and fend off against threatening enemies like farmers or animal control members. I love the twist on the theme, and hope to see more in the future from you two!
Thank you so much for reviewing our game and giving feedback! I am glad you liked my art!
We will definitely publish a post-jam update to this and will take your feedback into planning!
Thanks again! :D
I like this idea, the concept is funny and the gameplay was pretty fun. I did run into a problem where I was able to get stuck in the air by pushing against a rock, and then I was not only able to get on top of the trees but also couldn't kill anything. This could be fixed by either adding gravity or just locking the player to the ground. A minor suggestion I think could be neat is adding farmers which kill you if they see you eat another sheep. Good job overall!
Thank you so much for reviewing our game and giving feedback!
Your idea sounds like a great addition and thanks for the tips!
Quite enjoyable.
I couldn't help hearing "BRUUUH" every time x)
Also, I hit an invisible wall going down. I am assuming thst's level bounds, would be nice to put some trees there
thanks for the Feedback haha!
Yeah the Environment will be changed quite a bit Post Jam haha
Really fun concept and really liked the art style. If I could suggest anything for further developments I think some kind of "rage" bar that makes you more powerful or some kind of resource that rewards the player could fit the game quite well. Congrats on your game!
thanks for the Feedback! The rage bar would be a really nice addition!
Maybe we could even add humans that you can only kill when you have reached a certain level of rage or you can make other sheep also kill sheep haha
Nice job! I liked the art and the concept, a few suggestions I'd have is you may want to normalize your input axis as going diagonal makes you much faster than in one direction, and if you have repetitive sounds like the sheep you can slightly adjust the pitch on a random range before playing the sound, that way you can reuse sound files but they'll sound different enough it won't get too repetitive. Good entry though!
Thanky ou so much for your review!
We will definitley work on what you have mentioned in a post-jam uodate!
Thanks for playing! :D

Sheep's reaction: baaaaaaah
Really nice art, very cool idea for the jam. This sheep was one badass mf!
Thank you so much for playing! Glad you enjoyed my art haha ^^
Really cool art style. Did notice a bug where I got pushed above the ground and I no longer collided with anything. My feedback would be to add more decorations to the main play area.
Thank you so much for the comliment and feedback!
A few peooople stumbled over the bug with the rocks and trees, we will fix it after the jam haha! :D
Cool art and a neat concept! Hope you add more to this post-jam with more challenging enemies, perhaps humans or something you cannot kill you have to avoid. I was able to easily get more than double the needed limit. It also would be cool to see you continue the story and see if the sheep somehow returns to the wolf pack!
Great feedback!
We were thinking about adding humans before but left them out because "they wouldnt add sth to the game" (we would have just used them like the sheep) So that's a great idea! Also I have never thought about how the story could continue!
So thank you for playing and inspiring me!
Good game, although I have some criticism. First of all the game is pretty fun, I like the idea of the sheep going around and killing the other sheep, but It gets repetitive after the first game you do, the goal is way too easy to acheive and there isn't enough threats. Would've loved to see more enemies that could be more of a threat to you or something and harder goals. Also the terrain is a bit repetitive but I didn't mind it too much. The overall game is very nice though don't get me wrong, but it kind of gets played one time before there isn't much more to explore.
Thank you for the honest feedback! Great opportunity to learn :D
Well there are some bugs to explore tho haha
Getting on a stone and the trees and climb up the whole invisible wall is quite fun I must admit haha
A very clever way of making a game for this jam. I loved zig-zaging around at light speed, altough I'm pretty sure that part wasn't intended, to cath the other sheep. The art was amazing, especially in the intro cutscene. I suggest adding the controls somewhere, even in the description, because it took me a while to figure out that the attack button was the left mouse clik. Stil, really enjoyable game.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I am glad you had fun zig-zaging around haha "totally intented feature" xD
The artwork is really good! I love the visuals a lot and the hack and slash gameplay as a lot of potential!
With some more time and polish this could be developed into a full game :] Having some subtle animations on the sheep even if just an idle bob would make the game feel less static and maybe having some form of knock-back effect when attacking different sheep :]
For the audio you could introduce pitch randomization before playing the sounds so that they are a little bit different even if they are the same piece of audio, mixing that with at least 2 different audio clips per sfx really helps break up the repetitive nature of it :]
Really well made good job!
Thank you so so much for the feedback and tips! We will deinitley work on that :D
And thank you for liking my art hehe <3
Art and concept are pretty nice; with more animations, maybe actions (dashing, attacking, etc.), other hostile animals (or humans), gameplay could have more substance
Haha it's nice that you mention humans, because there were plans to add some at the beginning, but I haven't had enough time to design them.
Thanks for your review!
