This was fun! The win sound is satisfying imo! funny slime

on one of the levels the size meter disappeared tho.

More levels please! And in future you can have a consequence for being larger. 5 sized tiles cant fit through 1x1 gaps. Although you do already have size barriers. Very cool game

Vrey nice game. Big compliment on thelevel design, that is very sophisticated! A lot of different element make it interesting while playing! Good work.

This is a fun game! Absolutely loved the music and visuals--everything had a great feel to it. The levels felt well designed, and I had fun playing through them. Definitely felt stumped on some parts, but nothing too crazy--overall felt like a good balance of challenging and rewarding.

Here's some extended feedback if y'all continue working on the game:

  • As others mentioned, the size meter does seem to disappear on some levels.
  • On that note, as some others also mentioned, I didn't really feel the impact of the size that much. Like if you swapped "size" with "switch count" it's kinda functionally the same. It could be interesting to add a mechanic that makes you feel the size a bit more. On the more basic side, there could be some way to make the gates thematic, like a 1 gate being something like a mousehole, or maybe a 5 gate being a wall to climb (might be hard to communicate in 2D... but maybe you get the idea?).
  • When I initially saw cracks and whatnot in the floor, I thought they would affect me somehow, like stopping me in place or something, like a rough patch. Very quick to learn they are aesthetic, but it could be interesting to toy with that idea, or alternatively see if other people have that reaction.
  • The "2" blocks on the last puzzle being a bit of a 'red herring' was interesting. It didn't really feel like there were red herrings beforehand, and with that one since you progress to a part of the level while losing access to the earlier part I thought I had messed something up, so I restarted the level a couple times, only to eventually figure out "oh these '2' blocks don't actually seem to matter." If you add more levels you might want to figure out how often you want players to have that experience--I think it was a good 'trap' so to say, and it's impactful for the last level.
  • This could be a just me thing, but something about the perspective of the walls kept tripping me up a little bit, especially the left and right sides of walls. I kept thinking "if I head in this direction, I'll just slip past the wall" and then I wouldn't? I don't really know how to explain this, I think it's just something with only being able to see the front and tops to walls. I'm not an artist at all, so this 100% can just be a thing specific to me, haha!

Overall, awesome job on the game! Could definitely see myself doing more of these puzzles :)

The music was an immediate banger, the art is very nice, the puzzles were great. Not sure how much it fits the theme though. The size of the blob was just a number and nothing else, nothing fundamentally related to physical dimensions. But it is a solid game nonetheless.

Challenging puzzles and interesting mechanics! The size meter disappeared in one of the levels. Otherwise a very polished and fun game!

Really solid game , I think the size of the blob could be emphasised a bit more but had a lot of fun

The grid puzzle game with number matching, nice.

These levels are well designed, and not too hard.

The level design in this game is magnificent, it was challenging but super rewarding. Also loved the level-end tune, brought back many nostalgic feelings.

This was fun! I really enjoyed the music, and the puzzles had great design. You might not have noticed that one of your levels doesn't have the "current size" meter present on screen. Art style was great too! Nice work!

It’s a pretty interesting puzzle game. The gameplay feels polished and the music adds a lot.

When I first saw this I thought that you need to manage your physical size to fit passages, but instead you just manage a number in the corner which is a little disappointing.

The levels are quite creative and expand on the initial mechanics quite a bit, which I like. Although I was a little confused by the blocking gates, simply because they look too similar to the goals.

Overall, a great entry!

It's extremely tough! Some clever puzzles you've made there.
