I had fun playing this game the idea of gliding through space to be another mailman is an interesting experience!Just as an added not I did lose a few frames from accelerating!

Thanks for taking the time to check it out!

The stylized art is insane! Also, a lot of work is put into the level design and ship controls. Great work guys!

Developer

Thanks so much!

That was super fun to fly around and beat the clock.  The flying could feel a little floaty at times, but I think that's just taste.  Excellent work for such a short time!

Wow the art and style in this game is just plain beautiful! The music/sfx are really nice too im amazed with what you got done in such the short time. I was struggling for a little on what to do even with the tutorial but, thats just cuz im a little stupid lol. Anyways I loved playing your game it was a ton of fun. Amazing work!

Developer

Thanks! Our artists really all did amazing work. Sorry that you had some difficulty figuring out the game -- it's something for me to take into consideration!

I *think* it's a skill issue, but I could not figure out this game at all. Visually and control wise it looks stunning, but I crashed into every astroid possible, couldn't deliver any packages, and was just generally having a hard time :/

Developer

Ah I'm sorry to hear that. Thanks for your kind words and for trying the game out - its pretty fast paced and the asteroid belts are a bit tricky.

This was an interesting concept but I did find I kept getting hit from behind with no warning which became frustrating. That said the aesthetics were awesome and I'm sure the game would be fantastic with some tweaks.

I loved the artstyle. It's so well done. Can't believe it was made in a single jam.

Developer

Thanks for your kind words! Our team of 3 worked super hard on it, especially the tech artist who knocked the in-Unity work out of the park.

The game looks very good. The mechanic of staying in your shipping lane to maintain your speed is cool. The one problem you may see people struggle with is the tutorial. I've found that putting a bunch of text in front of the player before they play the game is ineffective because they don't understand the context and usually skip it anyways. The easiest way to fix this would probably be to have the tutorial visible on the pause screen but you could also make a whole tutorial level or something.

Overall, good job. This is a cool idea.

Thanks for the response! We considered that for the tutorial but didn't due to time constraints - but you're 100% right about it being a bit much at the start. Thanks for the feedback!

Really love the art style on this game, and it's got good juice!  Nice sound effects, speed lines help really sell the sense of speed.

I think there definitely needs to be a mouse sensitivity slider.  I personally use a trackball mouse and steering the ship was very difficult, but it may be easier on a normal mouse.  You end up crashing to things a lot in this game, I think adding a little bit of hit pause to collisions would really help sell them!  Your game is already pretty juicy, but that tiny thing might still add to it!

Great job!

Thanks for the kind words!

I was on the art team for the game and played on trackpad and hear you with the steering thing. The team appreciates the feedback!

Pretty cool! A mouse sensitivity slider would be nice.

Noted! Thanks for your time and feedback.

The game looks awesome and  is fun to play, but I found a lot of bugs that made my experience not so good. This controls reminded me of Elite and Dangerous and they made this game a lot more immersive, then I thought.

Developer

Thanks for your kind words and your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to give the game a try.

Wow, I'm amazed at how beautiful the game looks! The 3D models were stunning especially for a short time period jam! Moving the ship felt just right though I felt a bit confused at first on where to go. This is some great work!

Holy! What an impressively stunning game for a game-jam!!! The controls also felt extremely fluid and deliberate with an interesting gameplay loop. The way the game encourages you to go fast is just awesome design. But my favourite thing of all has gotta be those visuals, just incredible! Highly recommend giving this game a look! (Maybe add some screenshots?)
