I love the simple artstyle. the controls took some getting used to but once i got it i had a ton of fun biting and dodging lizards!
Simple and fun! I love the animations for biting and some of the risk/reward loop for trying to get bigger. I have just one suggestion: I wish I had more visualization for which lizards I can/cannot bite (if there are limits - it seemed like I couldn't bit the super big ones), or alternatively wish that I was able to bite super big lizards and got MUCH bigger as a result. Really fun how the scale / considerations of gameplay change as you get bigger regardless. Nicely done!

There's no limit on which ones you can bite, but bigger lizards can shake off smaller lizards way quicker, sometimes after one thrash even.
Bigger lizards do provide you with significantly more mass, but it also takes into consideration your size so you don't suddenly get massively bigger - that can break some of the visuals 😝
A fellow lizard game! This is really satisfying thanks to the animations and is quite a good take on the theme.

The animations are so good. I wish you would have made some environmental cues were you are. I think only one color you feel kind of lost even if it does look cooler. Would been cool if the enemies would attack each other aswell. But it was very cool overall!!

The way I screamed when 5 giant lizard ganged up on me lmao. Fun game and of course the animation is very smooth.
Love the lizard legs, it feels very satisfying to move around and eat other lizard, got up to size 8 and so but game gets too difficult hahah
I enjoyed playing the game! Simple but entertaining game-mechanics. I do agree with previous comments that the game makes you wait too long between at the start.
Another note, it is difficult to attack other lizards, especiallly diagoanlly, maybe it's intentional to be a bit difficult?

Good game! I really like the animation of the lizards.
One thing to note was how long i had to wait at the start of the game before any other lizards came for me to eat. Would be more enjoyable if at least one came right at the start so you can jump right in to the game :)

The animation and movement looks better (the way it turns). The button mashing part suits well with the gameplay.
when i first saw the title this is exactly what i thought of. This was a great experience.. i had a hard time trying to find something small enough to eat so most of my games was just running for my life.. it could be cool to a some small harmless bugs that you could consume to make it slightly easier to grow but as is, i could play this game for hours. i love the animation for the lizards.. great entry..
Honestly had a ton more fun than I expected from such a simplistic art style! You really did the most with just a little. The only thing I'd say about gameplay is that I feel there should be more feedback when biting/being bitten, as well as making the former a bit easier.
I really like the simplistic style in the art and the game in general. The game itself is very fun, I could see myself wasting a lot of time brainlessly biting on lizers. I love the animation of the lizers biting each other!
Reminds me of many .io games but this time with lizards. Enjoyed seeing my little lizard become massive.

Most enjoyable game I've played so far :) Very exciting to both hunt and be hunted. I love the aesthetic direction but being colorblind it's a bit tricky to distinguish the lizards from the background. Needs more sfx and feedback for when you successfully bite other lizards and when you get hurt.
