How does your game fit the theme?
Dice Raiders roll onto the screen and when you attack them, your attack depends on the side of the die you aim for. Gameplay is a ‘roll of the dice’ because you have to knock off dice at such a fast rate that you end up having to react to your own attacks as if they were randomized.

Awesome game you've got here!! The attack system really makes you think about all of the enemies' positions relative to one another, which is a step beyond the depth of a normal arena fighting game.
I laughed at the Wilhelm scream when I died :p

ohhh the gamefeel is fantastic! Hitting the dice just feels so good. Love how hectic it gets when you have lots of them in the mix. The green/red indicators showing if a hit is valid or not was also a nice touch. Art style is great too. Great work all around!

Thank you! Because the art is made up of layered 2D sprites, I had to design the enemies in Minecraft using blocks, copy the layers of the design into pixel art, and then stack the layers on top of each other in the engine.

Lot's of fun. And the game has more depth than I'd imagine with so few rules. I ended up going around looking for certain die faces so I could pull off a shotgun or dynamite.

The concept is interesting and the game is pretty polished, but IMHO it'll be a lot more interesting to have more enemy type.

Really cool idea, and very fun to play, would be nice to be able to see your health but it was still fun and addictive :)

Haha, bro that death sound is so funny, love it. jumping and rotating enemy looks dangerous. Don't know why my player was kissing the enemy.

The 3D retro-ish art style is AWESOME! I really dig it. It's really difficult to make combat that's enjoyable but this combat is SUPER satisfying and enjoyable. I didn't think a game about killing dice could be so fun but it legitimately really enjoyable.

I really enjoyed the game, the simple yet very addictive Gameplay made me want to continue! Especially the Wilhelm scream when the Character dies was a nice gig! The Artstyle was very pleasent, especially the colours. Only critique I have is that it was a bit easy. You cold spam your attacks and the only reason I died was because I jumped off the edge.
Nevertheless a great game, very fun!
