That is some impressive art.

About the gameplay, I started the jam with a similar idea and discarded it because I thought the movement of a die was too limited and it would not be fun. You definitely proved me wrong, I enjoyed it inmensely while it lasted and would like to see some more levels.

A roll of the dice game with no random elements. That makes it one of the best submissions so far for me.

Very charming character and theme for the game. I completed it wanting for more levels. Dice Out is a very clean and satisfying puzzle game that would be awesome to have on a mobile device in the future. Congrats on your submission  Niki!

Super awesome awesome game! I can say this is by far my favorite game in the jam. I liked everything about it. The art, music, and mechanics were all perfectly executed. Beautifully done. Congrats!

Really good game. The aesthetics are very well done. Love how you used complementary colours on the graphics. Love how you represented his intestines in the tiles.

Because of this is 2D I found it a bit hard to keep track the dice rotation on my mind, but for some reason it was not over difficult to accomplish the stages what may indicates that you did a great level design work.

Good work!

Really charming presentation, great art and it just felt fun to move the dice around! Like actuallyfinishing mentioned, it was a bit tough to keep the die roll in my head from move to move (my own game suffers from this too), but overall a great little puzzle game!

Nice take on the genre!! Great level design(we do have some levels that share the same design thoughtsXD), Also love the character:D

Very well executed puzzle game! I love the idea and the art style imiating the well known artistic impression systems by layers of ink! 9 puzzle is already great and i'd love to see a mobile game like this one with indeed more levels! :D Really polished! Deserve it's full 5 stars!

The art style is just a joy to look at and the puzzles were really great. The whole thing was very charming, and i played through all the levels.

I love the art style, and it's always a good touch to be 'helping' a character by succeeding at the game!

Controls and visual feedback were solid (loved the general bounciness to the stage), however without a visual indiciation, it's tricky to know what side of the die will show up next; it can be difficult to keep a visualization of a die in your mind while puzzle solving!

Loved the graphics. The intro and the main character reminded me of Big Muzzy. I like how we took a very similar idea in our games, but branched it in different directions, and the different style made them such different. Great entry! Good job!

All the visuals and animations are really delightful, and the simple mechanics made for some really solid puzzles!

A great puzzle game!

What I liked?

- The art style is quite cute and nice!

- Moving with the dice felt satisfying.

- The levels had interesting challenges

Other comments:

- The music is a bit too loud, I had troubles to hear the Dice roll SFX

Overall nice game!

I really dig the art aesthetic, sfx and music! Pretty relaxed and I like the theming around helping Gnargle, rather than there being some amorphous goal of just making it to the end.

The art and animations are amazing. Puzzle mechanic is interesting but it`s not always clear what number will appear on the dice after the rotation.

Nice light and charming presentation, effective animations and feedback, I like how he hopefully looks where you are going as well :D. Simple mechanic but very smart choice of puzzle's make this pretty interesting indeed. gg
