Pretty fun, but I don't get it why you have to be THAT precise when you drag and drop.
We were so proud of that precision :D I agree, something to improve in the future :)
Well done! I love the art and music! One thing to note is that the game is a bit too easy. I recommend increasing the costs of powers. Other than that, good work!
Thanks for the feedback! Not sure if increasing the power will make it more difficult or more long. But I agree, it is way too easy now
Sweet chill game, had fun playing! Cute presentation!
Thanks!! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Good game, the esthetics are lovely! I like seeing my cinnamon count grow, but note that you get more cinnamon rolls by just cashing in dices, the average profit is 0.5 , so it needs a pinch of balancing. Maybe put in 4 per dice roll and start with 15 or 20 cinnamon rolls, to make the player use more powers?
Thanks! What do you mean by just cashing in dices? There is more power to cash in dice and they are far more better than the base one.
Some people are able to finish the game is 0 or 1 roll... (I was able to finish it in 3)
I mean you just click roll and then you convert the dice to cinnamon.
That's why there was a roll counter, to incentivize people to do few rolls as possible, and for that, you have to buy powers :)
Maybe with adding a roll limit would have been better from your side?
Nice game! I like how the game is very casual and relaxing, and the art is very nice and pleasing. Great work!
Thanks!! Glad you enjoyed it!
I botched my first run by buying the cinnamon roll god thing right when I had 150 and forgot that I would still need money to roll. But it was enjoyable enough that I played again again and got it in 26.
Ahh it happened to one of the creator of the game also :D Not being able to see dice requirement is a problem and I guess that's why you were stuck. Anyway, thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed it!
Nice game! The art and gameplay ideas were both really cool. Amazing work!
Thanks a mil! Glad you enjoyed!
Loved this game !! The art style is neat and clean and the game play is smooth , the idea is unique and the execution is very nice !! found myself playing this game for a while :)) Nice entry and good stuff overall !!
Thanks a lot! We really appreciate that kind of feedback!
Do you see some potential for a bigger game here?
Yess definitely !! with a little bit more polish/attention to detail, This could become a full release :D, Best Of Luck !!
I managed in 37 rolls. but it also took me a couple rolls to even understand how this works. But I really liked the idea. Reminds me of cookie clicker :)
Thanks!! Believe or not, some people were able to finish it in 0 or 1 roll :D
Cookie clicker was an inspiration! Glad you enjoyed!
Really cool game. I liked that there were so many different powers you could buy, and I made a strategy out of trying to manipulate the dice to create pairs. Pretty well done! Was just trying to raise my cookie pile, didn't even realize I only needed 150 to become a god til I already hit 200 lol
Thanks!! That was the intent so I am happy you were able to enjoy that aspect :)
Fantastic game! really interesting interactions between different abilities and use of the dice theme
Didn't quite make it to below 11 rolls - really fun though!
Thanks a mil! That means a lot to us! <3
Once you know the game and powers, it becomes easier! Someone made it in 7 rolls :D
Fun once I figured it out. It's not obvious what the powers do until you buy them (how many/which dice they use). Some powers are strictly worse versions of other powers (2 6s vs pair). Otherwise cool aesthetic and different from other games i've played.
I agree, not knowing power requirements can be frustrating. Something that should have been improved. The 2x 6 powers gives you 25 cinnamons rolls on the dedicated power vs 18 on the pair power. It is more restricted so more rewarding.
Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it :)
Ah, it's per die? I was getting 36 for two 6s so I thought that was higher than 25
Ohh you are right, it is a bug :D It should have been 18 and not 36. Thanks for seeing this :D
It feels almost like a roguelite deckbuilder. Did it in 30 rolls. Once you figure it out, the same exact pathways of my brain were activated like they do in Slay the Spire. Good job!
Thanks a lot!! I appreciate Slay the spire a lot so being compared to it feel enjoyable!
I didn't become a god
You can do it!!
I tried but the button wasn't working :(
It worked on all our tests. Did you try to refresh the page?
Yeah, maybe it's something to do with my browser conf, but don't worry, it didn't hurt your score for me ;)
I had a really great time trying to figure out the best way to maximize my cinnamon roll output, I was pleasantly surprised by how much depth the system has! I also really appreciate the 'roll' pun, in fact my friend told me if someone didn't make a dice bakery game for the jam he would super disappointed. I'm sure when I send him this it'll make his day :)
Thanks a lot!!! We were not sure the theme would be appreciated so your comment made our day :) !
First off I could not get the drag and drop to work and text was missing, however, I then managed to get it to full screen and worked out how to play.
I liked the game and the music was really nice. Overall enjoyable but found it a little hard to work out initially and like the others, the drag and drop was a little too sensitive.
Thanks for the feedback! The UX could be improved a lot, maybe with an interactive tuto + clearer buttons?
Nice! Simple, but fun, great presentation. The dragging and dropping was a little bit too exact though.
Thanks! We were so proud of that exact drag and drop :D
But you are right, we should have made it more tolerant
Cool Game!
Nice puzzle to optimize. The music is charming and repeats nicely.
Thanks for the feedback! And great score! Congrats hehe!
For some reason my game loaded weirdly and part of the screen wasn't shown. Regardless, after some tinkering I managed to figure out how it worked! Found it oddly satisfying finding the optimal ways to get the most rolls. Also nice artwork!
Thanks! We are aware of this small glitch on the visual, I guess it comes from the build but it was too late to fix it :(
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fun game!
I like the different combo you could pull out like adding +1 to a 5 die for it to make a 6/6 pair.
Fonts are really blurry and the default itch.io resolution cuts out the left side of the game.
You should work on adding animations/music/sound effect to the game, they can vastly improve the gameply and make it way more fun.
I completed it in 21 rolls, i believe to achieve ~10 rolls you have to "obtain 3 dice of value 1" + "flip a die on the opposite side" + "convert a pair of dice into cinnamon roll" is that how you did it?
Thanks for the feedback!
I made it in 7 rolls recently! It was a combination of pair of 6 to create 25 cinnemon, divide even number into 2 dice (so a 2 becomes 2x 1) and transform a pair of 1 into a pair of 6 + the power to refresh others :)
