Good game, i thought i had to break everything but i was supposed to avoid it

Nice, I beat it!  The dynamic music is implemented well but got a little irritating haha.  I liked the progression of difficulty, well done, it was fun.

Great game! i had a blast! I was confused at first since i thought i was supposed to destroy the china. but quickly understood to avoid it.

Great job incorperating the theme and all the wildcards so well! Also you did a really nice job animating the bull from all those different angles. Overall this is a great submission, congrats! :D

I must have got extremely lucky, made it through the whole game on my first run I think only hitting one thing (reading the tip about using the brakes helped a lot). Went back to smash some stuff up!

Really fun, and really on-theme. Well done on a solid submission. :)

agreed with @Thoof on the menu-level confusion, but after trying to destroy everything on level 1, it became clear what the objective was. reaaally nice game, well done!

I really liked this!

The controls are just the right amount of loose for me, letting me feel like a gamer god for pulling off some wicked drifting.

The audio and pixel art are also really great.

Great job!

Fun game. I liked the playable menu, but at the same time it made me think the objective was to destroy things rather than time attack. The turning felt pretty good especially when you started going real fast on level 3 :)

Developer

thanks so much! And yeah, I can totally see how it's confusing since I'm not really communicating that to the player, so a tutorial or something definitely would have helped lol

This was a lot of fun to play. The art and music matched the style very well. I also enjoyed being able to just crash into things and test out the movement in the menu area. Creatively put together :)

Thank you!!

Excellent game - liked that you can touch shellf and the plats shake a bit.

Fantastic game, really enjoyed playing it. I had come up with a similar idea originally, but found I could not come up with a full game for it, so I'm *really* impressed with what you've done! Did it spell out Thanks for Playing from the beginning, or did that only happen after beating the last level!? Either way, very cool stuff! I don't have any real significant feedback for improvement - I think you have an extremely solid game here.

I absolutely loved the concept and had a blast playing. Especially after the final level where one could break everything. The attention to details was also much appreciated. Things like zooming in and out with speed and the trembling of the china when coming close add great value to the game. Well done!

Developer

Thanks, I'm glad you noticed the little touches I added to try and juice it up a little!

When you realize you should NOT break anything, it becomes a solid game... Good job

chazzzz.

Developer

haha yeah, you have to fight the urge to break everything in the regular levels

This game is very good. had a lot of fun and I just rushed trough the levels, but there is so much time for me too improve my time, that I see myself playing the game again. It also fits the theme and wildcards.

Developer

Thank you!!

Love it! Such a great game. The intensifying music was great, and I greatly appreciated that the end screen let me run around breaking all the stuff.

This game is an absolute blast! It had me physically laughing out loud. The sprite work is incredible, I love the bull and the wobbling shelves. The music is great. The controls are super fun. My only wish is that it kept track of what was destroyed and included that as a part of your score rather than acting as a kind of health bar. I'd have rather hobbled poorly to the end than have to restart. The way the music slows down and the bull yells when you break something is great.

Developer

Thanks! I can totally see how a scoring system like that could make the game less frustrating, and probably also add some depth to it

I didn't find the game frustrating at all. I found it really entertaining. I think punishing the player for breaking the china was a really smart game design decision. It created some "oh ****" moments for me that made me laugh, but that was cut short by the respawn.

Was a bit confused at first but then I realized I was NOT supposed to break everything. Was super fun when I got it, but the most satisfying part is still breaking everything at the end. Congrats on the game!

Developer

Haha, yeah I can see how it might be a bit ambiguous. Glad you liked it!

Amazing! I liked how in part of the fourth level it used carpets to guide the player. I think the more open space of the last level could benefit from having that as well (but it wasn't so bad without!).

Also, in the last level I notice some passageways filled with pottery, but you can't pass through without breaking too many. Maybe it'd be cool if there were some shortcuts that made you break through a passageway for a risk-reward thing.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you like it! There actually is a shortcut on the last level, but it's tricky to pull off

Very fun game. The controls where intuitive and easy to learn.

I found it a bit hard to predict the collision boxes.

The use of the wildcards was pretty amazing!

Well done!

Developer

Thank you for playing! I appreciate the feedback about the hitboxes, and I'm glad you liked it!
