Game Description
An arcade style skateboard game similar to Tony Hawk's Pro Skater

How does your game tie into the theme?
We used the theme as narrative. The narrative is void/space related, the game takes place in a void inside a dying god. The robot itself has been voided.

Very fun game. The score getting physically bigger as it accumulates is very pleasing. The whole aesthetic of the game is on point too, the art and visuals are great. Honestly my only issue is that the rails seem a little clunky not being able to jump off of them.

This is sweet. Art style is on point and the music makes the vibes immaculate. I can definitely see this expanding into a deeper game.

Cool good but not sure where the theme void comes in

Good Gameplay. Fun to play.

gnarly! I really dig the audiovisual aesthetic, and while the gameplay is a bit bare-bones, this is a truly awesome entry. I appreciate the overall mechanical minimalism, it’s a playground where you get to make your own fun, but I found myself missing two core mechanics: riding switch and variable jump height.

controller support would be nice, but no big deal. I also wanted to mention that there’s an issue where the mouse stops moving the camera after the game loses focus.

and by the way, great write-up about the procedural animation — that’s really cool to see!

This game is awesome.

The only possibility I can think of, for constructive criticism, is that your colors are a little too close together and it can make the contours of the skate park a little hard to see. But for a monthly jam, this is just great!

YOOOO~! Missed playing my Tony Hawk skate games. This is such a cool addition to the jam! The vibe and Y2K just hit sooooo good. I am begging, please develop this project. Would be awesome see air tricks that risk you falling off your board and even other sorts of gameplay mechanics and goals (i.e., collect-a-thon gameplay elements or high scores to reach).

very cool idea :)

Nice one. It is fun to play and feels like a good condensed minigame. I personally think this is a great start to expand it into something bigger and I would love to know if you plan on working that concept into a bigger game? I see a lot of potential and room for a bigger game here.

A fun game with cool music and the opportunity to fly somewhere to hell

Cool game. Didn't expect to skateboard in a void themed jam :D

Well done on the mechanism to attach to the rails and I really like the menu artwork, looks great! Couldn't get on the higher slide, but that might have been my fault.

Controls are smooth, and the look is cool. Wish i had a few goals to work towards. Something like collectables or score targets.
