Love that you used the Pokemon Ranger mechanic! That was so fun and unique when it came out. Played this for quite a while and by the end I had maxed all the stats and had hit a point where I could easily have gone on indefinitely - great job on the game! I will say that I played on trackpad and my hand is now very sore lol (though that is not a fault of your game). My only note would be that the frogs are a very tough opponent in groups, without the Bleed Green ability there would be almost no way to deal with them. Great submission!
Thanks for checking out the game :D
I appreciated having a tutorial area to get a handle on the mechanics. It was a bit confusing initially.
Thanks for checking out the game.
Really liked this game! I made it to level 68 before i got overran by all the bullet hell enemies. I reminded me a lot of Vampire Survivors and Pokemon Ranger. One frustration I did have was with the tracing mechanic, when i was holding down the button to trace i would sometimes lose my trace and if I went over UI elements it seemed to lose the trace there a lot as well. Even so super fun game I enjoyed the upgrades and summoning my own guys to fight off the hordes!
Thanks for checking out the game.
What did you mean by losing spell drawing? Did it happen only during level up?
lol thanks for playing, it was the frogs that breaks the tracing spell.
Neat core mechanic, reminds me of DS games from when I was a kid! Fun progression as well
Thanks for checking out the game.
Very fun, ended up playing it way longer than I meant to lol, I think the only thing is it could use some nice sfx to go with it. I noticed there were sfx options in the meny so I don't know if maybe they were there and they just didn't show up for me or something.
Great submission!
Thanks! It's good to know you had fun, yeah, no SFX unfortunately
Very cool concept for a bullet heaven! You really do have to stick with it for a while for it to start ramping, might be good to bump the starting stats up just a bit (or make a one-shot-dead starter enemy wave before the current enemies arrive) to onboard players faster.
Thanks for playing and suggestion
Lots of fun! The panic drawing of circles as the swarm got closer! good job on the tutorial, it helped immensely. The highest level I got to was 38.
Thanks for playing :D
I -loved- the combat system. It was a lot of fun!
I kind of wish your own loops didn't affect your minions, but I understand that it would probably become too easy.
Thanks for checking out the game.
Your own loops don't affect your minions. Only enemies get affected by them.
Oh, I read the descriptions wrong then! I thought it was saying it increased damage to the enemies and your minions. That's good to know! I was trying really hard to not loop them lol.
This took a while to figure out, but the sandbox tutorial did help! I stuck with it and im glad I did! It turned out really fun after I got a few upgrades (i love the catching rate up!) The concept of drawing circles to cast spell and catch monsters is really unique!
After a while i was leveling faster than i could keep up, but i got cocky and died in a swarm.
Solid entry!
Thanks for checking it out
