Good mirrored puzzle, I really liked the musics and the level design and I think the tab key to change the keys orientation was a really really good idea.
It's a little sad that the full screen was not working properly, but other than that, good job!
Is it Christmas already? hahaha
In the last level, the last line was cut off in the windowed version. I could only see it when I put it in full screen. Beside that, simple but good game. It was fun to play (and sad when my two raccoons died ;-;). Congrats!
Thanks! Yeah, we only saw this after we released from play testers like you. We have no idea what is causing it. Maybe the fact that our game is a non-standard resolution is causing problems.
The ability to swap which character the controls are based on is a nice accessibility feature that more games of this type should implement. Though I will note that the icon indicating the swap doesn't appear if both raccoons are in the top row of the screen. I enjoyed myself overall though, great work!
That last level is hard...
A bit of a turn off that scaling issue :/ but the game is pretty fun, and who doesn't love coons? :D
Short and sweet, nice and simple. Scaling issues aside, I feel its worth pointing out that it seems the resolution was set so low the wildcards in the intro were unreadable.
Thanks! Yeah, the game was designed with 8x8 tile set in mind (none of the devs consider themselves artist). So we either had to re-art the cards for low res, or just scale the images down. We took the lazy way.
Nice mirror-puzzle concept! And nice trash-panda! :) Couldn't pass your game because we also have a racoon :D
Loved the concept and the execution. Even wish it was longer!
That was a really enjoyable game! Unfortunately, I was having a hard time with it because I couldn’t see the game very well. It looks like the game wasn’t set to scale, so everything ended up being too small for me to enjoy it very much.
I did get the idea of it pretty quick, so other than having a hard time seeing it, I had a lot of fun for the first couple levels! I’m glad you got the undo working - it doesn’t seem useful most of the time, but it’s nice to have and meets the wildcard.
Good job Ryan and Kat! If you end up fixing the display thing after the jam, please let me know in Discord so I can try it out again!
Thanks! Sadly, I am not sure how to fix this issue. It seems like the resolution that the game runs at (672 x 384) does not seem to sit well with itch.io. I have had different results within chrome. Some people even had less height than specified causing them to miss trash pieces.
Cool game, collecting trash while listening to classical music. I love it!
Really Interesting concept, though some aspects were not fleshed out as much as they could’ve been. The controls and goals and dangers were not really explained within the game and made it harder to understand. But it is for 9 days this is a good game!
Really cute concept! Love the choice of music too great work!
Nice game. I like that you're able to switch the controls between each character. I would have liked a way to adjust audio volume as some sounds are much louder than others haha.
good idea
