Thanks!

though the error looks like its client sided to me, maybe your browser doesn't support webGl or webGl is deactivated through some setting in your browser. Maybe try another Game to confirm that it is (not) client sided.

oh well, its not really a game yet so ill worry about it later when I am stressed the f out because its the last day or something haha

Thanks, It's sad that its an option that it could be Malware or some Casino though

The Object is supposed to be an Altar with a book on it, I made it right before the end of the jam so I didnt have time to make the texture look good. The Player can walk under it as I also forgot to make it act like a wall. Thanks for playing and We'll definitely fix that post-jam!

Interesting concept, though the movement felt a bit weird and it was hard to make out whether the reflection was catching up or not. I wasn‘t able to judge if the player is hurt by the traps or not, maybe add an indicating visual. I think this has lots of potential and is a good start of an even better game.

Nice game, I like the Idea, I personally like these LiDar kind of games and this reminded me of them. I like the graphics and audio and the idea of having like traffic lights as checkpoints. The only issue that I really noticed was that the hitbox of the spikes seemed to be a bit larger than the sprite, which got kind of frustrating. But overall this is well made and definitely a good game for 9 days.

I like the looks and audio, but sadly controls were pretty difficult at the point where you reached max speed, and slowing down only made it hard to evade all the surrounding asteroids. The goal and controls weren’t really explained in the game and that made it difficult to understand them. But overall its not too bad, even with the missing goal and hard controls it was still fun to go around the map chaotically. It’s a good concept and the implementation of reflection was really creative. I had fun playing and I think fun is the most important factor of a game‘s quality. And for 9 days this is pretty good, I‘d love to see this continued on.

I like the art and general UI, but i think it gets a bit too difficult too fast, but that might be on me haha. I think I’ve seen the font before, which one is that, I really would like to use that in a future project. It’s kind of sad you don‘t have sound but the gameplay isn’t affected by that. Good work!

The art is phenomenal, the background and the characters are really nice and the amount of levels is too. The difficulty ramps up with the levels, but never gets too difficult and are nicely designed. The audio might need some improvements and the movement can feel quite rigid at times and especially wall slides can feel a bit too “hard“. Even with these small annoyances it still is a fun and good looking game, great work!

Great work, Interesting turn on the theme, and fun was of making the levels represent the feeling / stage they are named after. The depression level is a bit difficult as the light did not respawn with the player. Personally I lost the light and had to solve the level in the dark. The sound and graphics are simple but still good. Nice game!

Its an Impressive game, it has good sound and graphics, though I was a bit difficult because of the small size or low zoom of the “arena“. But the game was fun and made me want to find all possible upgrades, as I wasn’t ever sure that I had seen them all. Great game and very impressive for the given time. Good work!

Thanks, glad to hear you liked it!

Interesting seeing a Bullet hell game like this, but I wasn‘t sure what the boat on top was for, neither did the controls get explained. I think it has potential but needs some more polish and work. Overall, good idea and if you don‘t give it up, it has potential.

The game feels nice, has a good polish and feels like its right out of the app-store, It feels really nice and bug free, I took a second to understand how it worked, but when I did I started to make tactical turns to set myself up to make a giant bubble. Great work!

Thanks, the level progression feeling weird was probably because we both ran out of time and had split the levels in between ourselves . I might change the controls post jam, but for the jam time we only had two small levels for testing which didn’t really highlight the Issue.

Good to know, maybe I’ll try winning against the Minotaur in the next few days, when I have looked at some other games.

Its a good start for a game, if expanded upon this concept this could become a great game, the differently colored sides of the player and the differences in the two rooms were pretty good concepts. I was intrigued by the perspective as I don't know how I would make a game in it.

Overall it is small, but a good concept to base a game upon. Don't give up on this Idea!

This game was the perfect integration of the theme into a calm atmosphere with such great voice acting and simple but really beautiful art, so much so that I played it a second time just because of how calming it is and how good it sounds. Its extremely polished and makes me never want to quit playing it again.

You've made a great game with this!

Pretty nice game, I like the concept and it has lots of potential, but I think it is a bit difficult to position the reflectors, aim and shoot while timing that precisely to hit a target while not letting through other missiles accidentally. I love the Idea but I think it needs some little improvements that simplify the game loop.

Thanks!

Thats great to hear, have fun!

Really intriguing game with some potential, I can't tell if it is just the Minotaur or if there are more bosses, as I got stuck battling him. It is fun to play, but quickly gets frustrating as the Minotaur feels a bit overpowered for the first enemy you encounter. The sound design feels nice and the fits the game well. Its generally fun though maybe a bit too difficult.

I truly love the graphics and music in this game, they are just perfect, The game itself is really fun to play and has great mechanics. The different enemies and score system make it feel fun and replayable. The only downside I experienced was the hit pause being pretty long which kind of felt like lag and really interrupted the game flow. Overall a really polished game with awesome graphics!

I like the game, especially the light rays look good and the music has a neatly fitting vibe which makes this game have a nice atmosphere. Some levels are a bit too difficult (I got stuck on level 5) and I agree that the undo cards are a bit frustrating, as they are limited and you need to restart the after only two mistakes. But it is generally a good looking, sounding and fun game.

Great work with the art and sfx. The game feels juicy and fun to play, with the exception of it getting a bit annoying being barely off and having to run back and forth to change the beam's angle. Overall great game and really fun to play!

Nice game, I liked the tank controls, as they felt smooth especially with the sound. I think the game became too easy to do via spamming and got more tedious to do without spamming. The audio of a shot felt too "small" and shooting wasnt really juicy which stood out more as you spammed. Overall, its a great game, but it might need some balancing.

Interesting concept, especially with the planned story in the description, even though some elements are missing, I think this game has potential and could become a great game if worked on a bit longer.

Found it! Thanks!

I’ll check in back with Edvid first, I actually looked into the Game Jam Submission options, so I’ll see if I can find the option in the game’s options. Thank you for the help tho!

(1 edit)

Can one still do that later on? I can vote and have admin access to the game page and the submission page but cannot see the checkbox. Maybe it’ll link to me later if we can find the checkbox….

Yeah, that’s my and edvids game.  He uploaded, which I think is why it doesn’t link to me…

I took a while to understand how it worked, but when I got there. it became fun and enjoyable. The graphics and audio really stood out to me. The game have a need for a tutorial, but when you read the description and try hard enough its pretty simple and fun. Great game!

The game was really fun and combined mechanics that I would not have thought fit so well. Sometimes the camera was a bit too zoomed in, so it was hard to see ahead. Overalll, very nice even if small, game.

With the reflections some of the levels can really get mind-bending and that makes it really fun, great game!

Really interesting Idea, and fits well with the music and sounds. Some mechanics weren't explained very well, which got me stuck in the third level. I like the Idea and creative implementation of it, but I would've liked more tutorial or hints.

Great game, even though I thought that the sound design was pretty weird, by which I don’t mean bad necessarily, as the music was pretty nice, but the pickup sound was pretty simple and out of place. The lack of sound for freezing one or dying made it feel that way. Graphics and gameplay are great and feel smooth and integrated well. Overall a good game especially for 9 days.

Really fun and original, at first I thought oh I’m never gonna lose but at some point it just gets too much, so it might need some balancing. The sound made it really juicy and fun to play. Great game!

This game is short and pretty simple but still is pretty good in the art and sound design. And the accessibility is out of this world, even a chimp could play this ;)

Generally great Game, it was the first thing I thought of when the theme got announced, and you executed it really well. I liked the multicolour stuff, but found a big bug with it. When you place a prism facing another prism the output of one will trigger the other which can generate infinite shots which can be really game breaking. That put aside, the game war really fun and had some pretty challenging levels.
