Hard game. I was not able to finish a game, but I've got 83 bugs :) Good job. Arts are awesome.
Hmm A Day in the life of a game jam developer. I really enjoyed it! My only suggestions are to change the font or add a bit of colour but all in all, Well Done!
Work life balance, indeed! I like your art and walking animation!
It's a bit buggy and unpolished but I like the idea and execution a lot. Very creative and experimental game perfect for a game jam. Also the character animation looks very smooth!
Thanks!! Yes there are a lot of bugs....I'll fix them post jam. I spent a lot of time working on the art so I had very little time to code the game. :(
Neat game! A little confusing though.
I like the artstyle!
Very interesting experience, I enjoyed it. Especially the part where I forgot to submit the game. But why did I make so many bugs? am I so bad at coding?
If you did want to extend the game, it would be cool to do a game jam sim (like game jam tycoon) where you keep improving your skills?
This is a very interesting take on the theme, I enjoyed playing it a lot! I'm a very competitive person in making game so I played many times but my best overall score was 3.57 :( If you plan to work on this project further maybe you could consider introducing minigames for each category and give player a freedom to play any of them until the day ends and depending on their score in the minigame they get better points for the categories. That way player would feel more involved and immersed! Overall really nice game, keep it up!
Concept and art are incredible, some bugs maybe (you can work and eat or work and sleep, sometimes bug goes under 0 ? and Music still at 0 even when max out) but the game is playble so it's fine. Just, I didn't find the link with the theme (maybe the idea of run against time ?) Btw, did you do music by yourself ?
The connections to the theme was that the days are counting down (yk.. 3 days...2d days..1 day left).
And yes there are some bugs and I'm going to fix that after the jam ends. Music was sounds I downloaded from freesound are kind remixed or mushed them... idk what you call it but I kinda took bits and pieces and put it together.
Thanks for playing the game and for your feedback.
Fun fact yk yours was the first game i played and rated in this jam
Fun concept haha, definitely me on every game jam ever :D
There is a feeling that I wrote a game jam again) Cool game, makes you keep a balance between eating, sleeping. Overall, I like it. 4.5/5 (some bugs)
Cool game, it's like doing the gam jam over again 😁
Here are some thoughts & comments while playing the game..
Overall a fun game, well done for such short game jam 👍
The music part I think that has something to do with Unity cause I referenced it s slider in the Editor in Unity. I think making the reference in code would fix that. I try to fix that once the jam ends.
About the negative bugs that is something I've addressed in the game description (saying that your game was so good that it had negative bugs). That should be an easy fix.
Anyway thank you very much for the points you highligted and playing my game.
I feel called out.. Nice game though, art style is nice too. Great job!
Creative idea, and fun implementation. Love the artwork. It was a little bit confusing what the numbers you put into work actually meant, and how many you could put in before being overworked.
The numbers are hourse you work for. Maybe i should have made that clear by putting a "hrs" at the end of the input box. I try to do that when the jam ends

I really like the idea, fun and creative. I managed to get a good number for everything but then ran out of time 😭 Good game!
Interesting concept! Seems I am pretty garbage at managing risk and time LOL. Failed a few times before an eventual success. Great Submission!
story of every gamedev lol
It's like a simulation of us game-devs, and I like that.
Haha that's how I got the idea while brainstorming... I was like hey wait I have 3 days to make a game.. tommorow I'll have 2 and after that I'll have 1. Oh wait.....
Thats very impressive. Very unique and creative idea. Enjoyed a lot even though it took me some time to learn how not to die haha. I think i did good at the end tho.
I try to polish it more after the game jam. I think I can make it much better.
The overall rating system now kinda sucks as the bugs bring down the rating a lot. Considering how you got above 4 in gameplay and art I think you should get a good overall score maybe above a 3.5
Nice game!
That was something very unique ! I liked that a lot !
I tried to find the best optimization to get 5 stars everywhere but that was too hard for me T-T
The only thing i would say is that it lacks some music a bit to be honest, but that's not the end of the world.
Anyways, that's a good job ! ;)
Honestly, I think getting a perfect 5 for overall is impossible. Tou need to have a 5 in all three aspects and 0 bugs. Bugs decrease the overall rating depending on how many there are.
Yeah, i managed to get 5 stars everywhere but i had like 200 bugs to solve xD (relatable btw)
