I think this might be my favorite of the jam at least in terms of design and originality.

Developer

thanks so much man I'm so happy you like it as much as me and my team enjoyed making it :)

Wow! Really good game! I had a lot of fun playing it - one of best in the jam.

I really love the art of the game and the concept its really interesting, the only problem was in my computer i cant really see well the tutorial but when i figure it out i liked a lot. good job!

Developer

yeah due to the fact we rushed that UI screen I never added a scale wit screen size setting to the last bit of UI and no anyone with a lower or higher pixel sise knows about it lol.

Wow the artsyle its incredible! and the concept too, good job!

Developer

thanks so much we put a lot of effort into the art of the game and I’m very happy you appreciated it.

Really neat space game. Love to see other space games in the jam. I enjoyed the idea and the general execution.

My only suggestion is to approach the tutorial differently - asking a player to read and retain all that information makes it very hard to onboard the player. I did appreciate that the instructions were always available even mid-game, but its still a lot to remember. Some players may just click off your game for that reason alone. I understand how it might be difficult to come up with a tutorial that isn't so reading-based, but I think it would really be worth it. Highlight what to click and what buttons to press at what point would go a long way when starting out.

Developer(+1)

I fully agree wit you, the only reason the tutorial is listed in such a terrible way is cause I ran out of time last second, the original idea was to have a tutorial level with a voice over and I was very sad we couldn’t add that in the end . Thanks so much for the feedback

Works wonderfully on my pc. Thank you for great experienc!

Really innovative idea, I really like this game! The puzzles are well thought out and fun to figure out. My only gripe would be the yellow orbs feel pretty clunky to control. Well done :)

Developer

thanks so much for the support :). And I fully agree the yellow orbs was a last second add and could use a lot of work.

i love the style of the game and idea behind the puzzles

Menu issues, but I really like the design! Great work!

Developer(+1)

yeah the menu does need work but I'm really glad you enjoyed the rest of it :)

Submitted(+1)

Fun game had a bit of struggle with the menu. but got it working nevertheless. great entry!

Developer

yeah I'm not fully sure what's wrong with the menu because I've had a couple people say the UI is playing up but it isn't in my build so I'm wondering if it the resolution. do you know what resolution your monitor is?? so I can work out what the problem is. Thanks for your feedback though, I'm glad you enjoyed it for the most part :)

I really like the concept of it and the music is fitting too. Unfortunately I couldn't get going with it, the main menu was messed up for me (buttons above one another) and also the how to play was very hard to read, so couldn't really figure out how to play. I rotated the stuff, clicked and so on and nothing worked :/

Developer

yeah i heard a couple people were having problems with the display based on the pixel size and is something ill look at. yeah the instructions are rather lengthy unfortunately so I'm sad to hear that you struggled with it and will be sure to make changes accordingly in the future. thanks for your feedback :)

Really fun game and puzzle design! I loved the audio and the eerie space sounds!

I did feel the "how to play" part was a little hard to read!

Overall had a good time with the game!

Developer

thx I really appreciate the feedback, the how to menu was something I whipped up last second and for future updates I will be looking to implement them as each new thing is used. thanks a lot for your input I will definitely take it into account in the future.

Good game! I Just cant figure out how to get the spinning thingy to do anything... Also the UI needed a bit of work. Otherwise great game!

Developer

yeah i understand it is a lot to learn and people have said it can be confusing, i do have a how to play section but it was very lengthy and I cant blame anyone for not wanting to read it.

Nice Job. that really goes to show how sound and art can make a game come together.

Developer

thanks so much man I really appreciate the kind words.

Very intresting gameplay concept! Liked the sound and art too!

Developer

thanks man really appreciate it, if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.

Actually, I played it on my PC (it's kinda "weak" :D) and fps was low. But it might just be my problem :) And I personally would make UI a little bit smaller. But it's just minor issues!  The game itself (gameplay, first of all) is very well done!

Developer(+1)

thx man, its definitely something I will look at, especially the UI a lot of it we rushed last day or so and is kind of poorly done. i think the frames was probably your pc but is something I could still look at to increase playability, for example lowering the poly count. much thanks for your feedback have a great day :)
