How does your game utilize the limitation and theme?
The game revolves around collecting fish and depositing them into boxes. You must go "there and back" between collecting the fish and depositing them to get score. If you just stay collecting fish you'll get no score.

Cool game! I like the concept of making collectables weaken the player in some fashion. Great job!
I love the graphics and sound :D The cat is adorable especially with the little feet. The cat felt a little finicky to control but other than that good job!
Cute little game, pretty great for your first jam!
I thought the way momentum works in this game was weird, also. maybe add more animations. Would you mind trying my game also?
very cool game! Good job!
It'll be nice if you check out our game too😁
This was a fun game! The controls felt nice and I also really liked the art! I would have liked a bit more health though.
This is a fun idea. Moving the cat felt good and the music and sound effects worked well together. One change I might suggest is making the health icons instead of a number. With icons it's easier to glance up and tell how much health you have compared to having to read a number in a fast paced game like this. Overall, Great work!
Super fun little collector game! I love the fact you keep getting bigger and bigger as you collect more fish.
Maybe giving the player 9 lives instead of 3! gives us some more chances to warm up to the mechanics of the game. Pretty good music! but something happens within the loop you might want to check. It sounds like its about to go into a drum solo or something then just abruptly stops.
Great job!
Thanks for trying it, nice idea about the 9 lives, very thematic. I've played yours as well!
this is such a simple & fun game! Not sure if I'm crazy about the cat's movement, seemed a little slippery at times, but overall this was great, good work!
Simple yet very nice, love it! Though it took a bit to work out how to bank my fish and my cat got very big haha. Enjoy the jam!
Everything with a cat is cool ;)
Nice simplistic game, could go mobile for sure ;)
Very cute! You did a good job of keeping it simple while also having the theme in there. Overall, great work!
It would mean a lot if you could check out my Jam submission if you get the chance. Thanks!
Cute presentation of a classic game, but feels a bit too luck driven for me.
-Favorite part is the question of whether to bank the score for the multiplier or not. Though I think it would be nice if you didn't need to press spacebar, and it was automatically put into the basket-because that would then cut off a dodge direction from the fish bones if you wanted to keep it.
-An indicator for your multiplier cooldown would be helpful.
I like the simplicity to it and the cat is adorable. I do see an issue with the fish and bones dropping at the same time, where if there is a bone between you and the fish, it essentially blocks from getting to it and force you to either lose your health or the score streak. Other than that, really fun and simple game, good job!
The cat is cute! I like the idea. It's a bit strange how the fish/skeletons were dropping in waves. Consider making it fall at a more constant rate. Otherwise it's a fun little game. I enjoyed it ;)
Thanks man, played yours as well, great game.
Simple, but very fun! The only problem for me is that the movement looks a little slippery. But very good indeed.
I like this a lot. I think the cat could be a little faster. I think the fish could spawn at a higher rate. Maybe you should have also given the cat a more clear death animation. Really cute and you made a simple concept go a long way. I also tried to go for cuteness with my main character.

It's fun to play for a while (I think I was tired before I began, so losing on purpose to take a break doesn't mean there was anything wrong with the game). And it doesn't need a restart button (yeah, I should have thought of that myself) since you can just lose on purpose and restart the game that way. The music sounds fun too. And I can play it with just the left hand! (Right-handed players might find it slightly more awkward to play it with one hand, but enough other people are right-handed that I think I don't need to think of them when trying other people's games). I think this is the game is the best game from this jam I've played so far. Good job!
I really like the art in this game, its simple but fits the game:) could you maybe try out my game?
The game is great but you could change the drops and the time of spawning
If it's a first attempt that's nice tho
Wanna play my game ?

I'll appreciate every single feedback on it Thanks for your time
Hey man, ill happily play yours. The drop timing actually does change, but maybe its not that noticeable. Thanks for the feedback!
If you are going to keep making that game i recommend adding more content to it
It may seem hard but you can do it
