I liked the background effect but I thought that the colors were a little dark. I also liked the particle effects! Check out my little space game if you can :)

You are right and thanks for your input, cooldown system sounds like a cool addition in this. I had to rush the restrain fire and ending as I was nearing deadline, I'll try to add it in future version for sure, thanks for playing and Good luck for jam! :)

A note: The 'quit' option in the menu throws some ugly errors at me. I don't see a download option on it's Itch page, so it seems like you could do without it in this sake. But it doesnt really affect anything.

Thanks so much for appreciating it, the UI and graphics work took most of my time really, I realised it later I had less time to polish the game. And sorry for not giving download build option as I submitted bare minutes before deadline I may have not added those bits. But for sure I'll do evereything for future updates, so much motivation I get from this community and genuine people like you that It gives motivation to continue, Thanks a ton again, good luck for jam :)
You ended up with a great game anyways! This made me smile, i'm also so heart warmed by the kind and understanding people participating in this jam, and I too have had so much fun encouraging others. Best of luck to you as well friend :)
The game looks really nice and the music works well! I would recommend enabling size over lifetime for the blowing up particle effect to make it a little smoother when they disappear. Also some faster movement would improve the flow. Great job overall!

Yes, thanks for feedback, you are right, the graphics took a lot of time while I was working on Blender, later on I realized I had time for only a single playtest, so optimized it a bit, If your score is 905 you got Hero's ending, well done! :)
Wow! The visuals were awesome! A couple of things that could have been done better was a better explanation of the game and better controls. Good luck and nice work.

Interesting game, I enjoyed the idea of having to restrain fire and not hit your allies, that was a really nice touch. I think this sort of level could fit nicely into a larger space shooter game.
If you wanted to improve, I suggest adding some form of low score to further reinforce the idea of not hitting your allies.

Thank you very much IanGoGO for your so valuable and good feedback, you won't believe it, I had a few low score checkpoints earlier but because of some script error and super close deadline I had to leave it for current version. I spent a lot of time in making 3D animations for start/end scenes, later on it bugged out for WebGL version so had to scram that too... will work on these points for future update, thanks again for coming by :)

The effects were satisfying and the music was nice. It is kind of hard to play as the movement is slow and feels almost impossible to dodge the ships when they start piling on. Other than that, it's a nice game! Can't wait for an update!

For me game does not load.

I really like the particles in this. very satisfying. I felt the movement could be faster, I felt like i was dragging around, and does the score keep going infinitely down? Interesting concept all together, But I felt the easiest way to complete the "hero" path was to just sit at the bottom and hold space, dont know if this was intended or not.
Yes, you got that right, ship is out of control so Hero destroys minimal and dies by saving everyone - Gets most point (Hero ending)
And if you don't put restrain, that means you are going rogue with the hijacked ship - Gets lower point (Rogue ending)
However there was a third ending I planned was for 0 point, (Evil ending) , it wasn't meant to go infinitely down, but because of lack of time I couldn't implement it :P
Also thanks for feedback, I'll increase the speed in future versions. :)
