Now this one's very interesting! was confused at first since i picked the wizard and im guessing its the hardest one to fight. love the art as well maybe add music and it will be perfect!

true though you dont need to hug them inorder to attack the attack has a relatively long range ^^ Thank you for playing!

What an experience! , really creative way to  use the  theme . the art and music really fits and gaved me that eerie vibes. a very well made game!

simple, short and concise for a relatively short jam. did run into some minor issues like getting stuck but other than that good job ^^  love the humor as well!

i really dig the art and the backstory was neatly done. the gameplay is simple but error is very easy to make since the blocks are slippery most of the time i screwed up just by pushing the blocks too hard XD. and how the theme was integrated was also very neatly done. awesome work!

fun lil runner easy to pick up and the pacing was neat not too crowded on the first minute. i dig the art personally and overall awesome work!

thank you for playing! yep fell short on the 'strange' side of the powerups and as well the balancing. will definitely tweak it out once the jam ends thanks again.

omg you're right! should have done it earlier but whatever better late than never! its a very fun game and had some laughs and frustrations on level 6 again. would try out newer levels if you happen to create more :D

very creative loved every bit of it and yes i wasnt able to get out of level 4 without hint lol ill still try though

wow the incorporation of theme is one of the best i have seen. this game reminds me alot of old flash games i used to play. the art is pretty simplistic and music was fine. the death sfx jumpscared me a lil bit (it was loud XD). overall nice work !

underrated game, the art is unique and the overall feel is tidy. as per the strange powerups bit i wished there were more than just 2 but you made a 3d game and i understand the extra layer or should i say dimension of complexity when it comes to it. overall i highly believe this game got big potential. this would have also been fun to play on the browser ^^ 

i dig the art and music. the powerups were indeed strange. the gameplay was easy to understand loved the mini tutorial you made when equiping the powerup. overall nice work!

simple mechanics art is good music is also neat but the crazy powerups not much.

also theres no restarting when the ball goes to oblivion

pretty sick introduction, gameplay wise its simple, i dig the art and the powerups made me laugh when i just died of heart attack XD. pretty grounded game and good job!

This was by far the most entertaining and grounded game i have played in this jam the music,art.and especially gameplay are solid 5/5 i didnt quite get how you incorporated the theme but its a solid game for me. well done!

the destructible environment was a nice touch to add in your game the music was also fire especially on the menu this is a pretty well made game. i would like to comment my problems but reading these comments seems like they have pointed out every problem i have stumbled in your game ^_^

cool idea and for a game made in 1 day i cant really ask for more can i? movement was janky sometimes and the powerups were nice. for a game made in 1 day this is pretty good

i liked the atmosphere alot but couldn't get in the game fully. i keep constantly being teleported somewhere i dont know and i have no idea what even happened the music is pretty good and again wish it was a slower pace and grounded well regarding the telporting thing i keep getting teleported to a scene with my camera stuck and i cant move? overall pretty cool idea.

where are the crazy powerups?!?! love the endless waves and its pretty satisfying to see that number go up but where's the damn carzy powerups!?!? well done in making this in such a small period of time i wish it incorporated the theme well

5mb ??!? , had doubts about it but you delivered well. the gameplay is pretty solid. and the art style is my personal favourite and the incorporation of theme is well balanced in my opinion .good job. 

the story, gameplay, art and music were top notch for me they well done as for the theme i believe its as simple as it can get . overall i had a blast playing it :D

one of the most visually appealing games i have played in this jam. movement was janky/chaotic but i believe its intentional :D how the theme was used was also pretty cool

as you said a space invader game like and some crazy powerups nothing too fancy here. its simple and it works!

holy cow that sensitivity, lore accurate drunkard sensitivity ?!?! anyways gameplay was confusing its pretty funny though

pretty simple game mechanics not too hard on newbies like me and overall captures the essence of strange powerups. like i've never thought about powerups attacking the player haha

as others have said the art in your game is astonishing though the gameplay was confusing at start and holy cow the speed of the character is again too fast. overall pretty good job at making this in such a small time

lovely aesthetic and fun gameplay , never ran through a problem in my first try 

i have my review on the jam submission so i will just comment on what problems i have stumbled on. (might edit this as i find more)

1.the player animation stops when u use the energy parry

Loved the BG music alot :D the gameplay is pretty simple.  i red most of  the review here and they i have the same suggestion like the brawl being too slow and feedback when hitting the enemy / them dying is nonexistent could've been a small sfx or a particle effect anyways i enjoyed it alot my fav powerup is definetely the shoe XD

great work! , though there some isssues i had stumbled with 

1.the door button in pause menu leads to an empty scene

2.is lvl 6 unbeatable?

I completed the demo provided and it was fun!

i thought the fighting would get pretty stagnant and repetitive over time but no. i still find casting spells and using the individual skills of the party to be pretty fun even after ending the chimera, though you get overpowered really quick and i think it would be more fun if grinding was a big factor in the game idk if you had planned it already since this is an alpha after all..

story wise - i can't really talk about the characters since rest assured again this is an alpha and you may have planned everything i have in mind already. but they're good not too bland nor too obnoxious. for a fantasy setting they fit in perfectly in my opinion. 

overall i highly believe this game has great potential. and i think you know that better than i do. as an aspiring gamedev this is pretty impressive for me as an alpha

take my feedback regarding the gameplay with a grain of salt. and  goodluck with the journey of releasing the full game!

fun overall , its the kind of game you'd be able to play for an hour. i like it.
