This was really fun, and amazing that it was built in a hand-crafted game engine. In the web version, I experienced a couple of crashes where the game would just freeze up, and I didn't even realise you could stack blocks on top of each other until the third time I played. I think making it clearer where blocks can fit when building up would improve the enjoyment. Fantastic work!
Really fun game mechanics and awesome art style! I loved building my own ship, that looks like a lot of work went into it! I think it would be good to show when a part is in an invalid spot, because I didn't get the instructions at first. I also lost a booster but could not get it repaired so I couldn't go in one direction. Great work and all the best!
This was a really fun experience! I thought the physics and mouse controls were really buttery smooth. I also really like how the guy instantly gets frozen, that was really fun. I did have a lot of difficulty controlling the guy though. Maybe making it clear that you can click and drag anywhere on the screen to control the player, not just from them, would help a lot already (I couldn't even leave the first area for ages until I worked that out!) I think making it so that you can easily scale a ledge when right next to it would also make it a bit less frustrating. Finally, I think it would make sense to have some different floor types, where you move less, or even water areas where you bob around would add some nice diversity. I'd happily pay for a more polished version of this game, great work!
I really like to concept of this game, it's like minesweeper and picross, two games I also really like. I tried so hard to get the knack of the puzzle but unfortunately it didn't click with me. I think that with a tutorial and a visual guide I would get it straight away and play it for hours, because this kind of game is right up my alley. I tried different strategies like going from the corners or finding 9's, but nothing seemed to work. In this puzzle, for example, how should I know I got all the brown tiles in the right place? I think I'd also like the ability to choose which tile I'm placing, rather than getting a random one. Please keep going with this game, I really like it a lot!
This was really interesting, I'd be really interested in playing a more polished version! I can really see the potential of the movement mechanics and with some tweaking it could enable some really interesting game play. When I started gaining speed to slingshot myself I felt like the game wasn't quite doing what I wanted and I would start growing out from blocks at a different angle that I wanted to go so I think that would be the main thing to focus on. Great work, I had fun!
