Great job great game

Hahaha yeah at one point I had considered something like that, or have them help each other somehow, I didn't manage it in the end, anyway thanks for playing and for the feedback

Yeah you're right it stops there I didn't do more levels and I forgot to loop it back to the menu or maybe give it a game ended screen.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback man!

The concept is really cool, but I think it's not used nearly enough, also maybe being able to throw the head instead of just dropping it would be better.

Also I saw someone say that the head returns but it didn't for me.

That said good job I like the idea a lot and the character itself while simple didn't feel bad to control, congrats!

Btw, for the player maybe add some acceleration for the initial speed up of the character so you get a bit more control while platforming and maybe also a a bigger gravity value when falling, this way the jumps feel a little better when at the top and coming down.

Congrats on your game man, the concept was interesting, the player didn't feel great and I died more than i care to admit but I get it(I died more than I want to admit on mine for the same reasons, and I made the damn thing) and overall with the little time you had this is great.

Good job!

As others have said it could use some work, but I enjoyed it, actually went in for a second try when the fireball guy got me, good job.

Very nice game, maybe a bit easy until like lvl 30 but that's also cause of me getting really good upgrades, overall really nice, love the sound effects.

That said I would have loved to see some shooting enemy as well, your companion would also be even more useful as you dodge bullets.

Really great job guys the level of polish is great it feels good to play, congrats.

Yeah I tried to find stuff that fit well enough together  since I really am not good at art in general(I've tried to do some stuff this days, and while I can it's not great),

Yeah I agree, once this is done I might tinker with this a bit more to make it feel right, just this week I learned so much more about platforming and game design in general(also a loooot of stuff was in but wasn't good enough so I ended up removing it and going with a simpler design)

Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

Love the graphics and the experience feels very polished, I felt a bit lost not knowing if I was going the right way but nothing serious, congrats man

Fun an clever game, got stuck once my first time but overall great experience, really love the level design,  the art and music, the level of polish on this is amazing, congrats guys

Hahaha thanks

Yeah a lot of people said the same so I'll add a switch button, also a checkpoint when you get to the door, I tried to have them for the jam but oh well..

Thanks for playing.

Yeah.. I've got a couple of things to fix once the jam is over, I'll add some more lvl and make the curve a bit easier, also a timer.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback.

You gotta jump on the very first platform and press L to sprint while double jumping to get to the second platform

Good job pulling this off man, as other have said the controls could feel better(I didn't have that much problems with the wall jumps but only after figuring out that you kinda need to spam space and sometimes that wasn't possible), but having also done a platformer and having tried all week to make it feel good but failing I get it, and I gotta say the overall experience is very good, one of the best from this jam so far.

Congrats man

Amazing the amount of content you got here, but I gotta say I would have loved for some audio, also maybe cutting out a bit of the extra and getting to the cool parts faster? regardless great job and congrats man.

Hey thanks I tried it, love the look of it, adding some sound would help, but after going in circles a good 6/7 times and trying to go around the trees I kinda gave up, what did I miss?

Game has definetly room for improvement, overscoping is something we all do, that said the video and the menu voices where pretty fun, congrats on your first attempt

Great puzzle game, simple yet engaging, love the art style and the little cutscene, the puzzles themselves weren't too hard but I liked the progression, congrats guys solid game.

Good job, love the style and the music had me spooked and turning trying to find where he was coming from, congrats!

Congrats man really solid game you got there, love the art and sound, I like the overall feel of polish this game has, good job.

Hey thanks for playing, I might have made some mistake while binding the controls I'll have to check.

Thanks for trying my game and for the feedback

Hey sorry to hear that, I have yet to see that happen to anyone else but thanks for telling me, and yeah I agree the kobold is hard to maneuver, but level 2 is definetly doable.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback

Yeah I can see that most people agree on the little guy feeling too fast, and I do get it(I wasn't trying to make a rage game but... I get it)

That said thanks for playing

Legit got scared when the Pombero arrived, cool little game

I love this, I did a similar thing with having two characters doing a lvl, but this is way better, I love the screen shake when the bugbear falls, and it's a really cool idea to have one of the characters be the platform for the other

Good job!

Same as the guy below the game shows the menu image but no buttons or anything

Good job man amazing job with the look of the game, I didn't get "lost" but I was a bit unsure if I was going the right way maybe some more clues and making the camera have a bit more field of view could help with that.

Having said that still congrats, I had fun and would love to see more.

Leaving aside the fact that it broke when uploaded( I get it I spent 2 days making the level select for my game and it  doesn't work online) just like other pointed out the graphics are nice, and the initial dialogue was fun, congrats.

Long live Godot logo, congrats man, it was satisfying to squash the little buggers, i like the fire effect too, nice work

Fun to bounce around, good job man

fun idea, I really like the addition of the shop, actually makes you wanna play it for more than a few throws, also the bounce on the giants is pretty fun too, found myself laughing when I got launched back

I love tactics game and this was actually pretty fun, I like the polish on it really feels nice.

Fun concept,  pretty cool execution, I managed to bug it by picking up the book before the tutorial came out, great!! Congrats man

Absolutely I forgot to give credit but intended to get back to it, yesterday I just scrambled together the page for submission

Thanks for the feedback some of that I had tried to or thought about, I was struggling to get everything feeling right so decided to make it easier and have more basic controls. I wanna try and revisit this in like a month and try to see if I'm able to improve this.

Thanks a lot for playing.

Yeah I had a checkpoint going at some point but then ran into problems and didn't manage to keep it in, I wanted to have it so that if you reached the door with one of the characters it would save the new position there, but oh well.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback.

Hey thanks for playing and the kind words, and yes now that you mention it I should totally have made the music loop didn't think about that.

Cool game, really got into it, also I see we used the same background, great minds think alike or something

Very funny and charming, loved the concept and the frogs, good job
