This was a fun take on both the theme and on survivorlike gameplay - nicely done!

I wish the character was a little bit faster for exploring, even if you speed the enemies up more too. I felt like I couldn't go too far from my group of towers so I never found an anvil.

Fun! I like the spin on the traditional vampire-survivors-like gameplay. it was fun enough for me to want to retry a few times after dying. My main point of feedback would probably be the music- I found it a little frustrating with the loop being so short.

Great concept, I find it a bit challenging starting out. I love rushing econ in these types of builds and maybe I'm just too greedy haha. I think there's some potential for rounding out the edges with balancing for different play styles but overall was fun!

I really like the colour choices actually. Very fun to try and dodge and weave out of the way of enemies. It is difficult to get any buildings going though, because the cost is a bit high and I keep losing my water haha. The sound design of picking up the droplets and the music are all great! Really great job over all and very fun concept!

My team and I also made a game for this jam, but it's not officially in because of a submission error. It's called Hive Dive, and it is also a kind of tower defense game with upgrades. For some reason, the background with the character did not really match for me, perhaps some better color choice would be more eye pleasing, but that is only my personal prefference. The game itself is super addictive as these genres are, and that is great. Good job!

I liked the concept very much. I would make the character faster personally because you feel really slow all the time.

Funny tower defence game with potential! I like it! But i really needed a dash! :D

Pretty decent game, the idea of using water as currency as well as health is really neat. The building placement mechanics worked well, and the movements felt fluid. Sound and music were alright but nothing particularly special... However, I would also like to point out in a user experience perspective on the enemies' attack. like ranged enemies shouldn't be able to immediately take water from afar, and needs some sort of telegrph or communication... But other than that, it's a cute simple little game, once you got the strategy of finding the lakes and then building collectors, it's pretty much automatic from that point. There also doesn't seem to be an endgame which is fine, but ideally giving the players some sort of satisfaction in a game jam would totally go a long way.

Other than that tho, very well done!

really powerful and interesting idea that got me excited to play as a vampire survivors lover myself ... it could be expanded to add reasons to like explore more regions that might have different resources

Really fun game! The game I'm working on is also a survivors so it was fun to play a survivors+tower defense mix

Pretty original concept man! Keep it up, I wish you continue it and make it that it could be broken because all of the towers you have haha. And I really liked the pixel art. :)

Cool take on the survivor formula with pretty graphics. I kinda like the gameplay loop of collect>build>expand. I do wonder though what other ideas you'd come up if it wasn't for a gamejam. Maybe enemies could drop some other resource or loot to collect?
