How does your game fit the theme?
It's a simple game of preparing for something... with a twist :)
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
The font and some of the sounds are assets not made by the creators of this game

This is super cool, well done tutorial and a good interpretation of the theme. I had a blast just busting up the locations but died pretty easily when it came down to business. If Hotline Miami and Carrion had a videogame child this would be it.
This is absolutely amazing! So clean! And I've never played a horror game in which you play the monster, so this was a super unique and fun experience for me. Overall a super polished experience. Although I'm not sure if it was me but i was holding down LMB and shaking around my mouse and for some reason it didn't do the tear attack
Good work! I like that there was a tutorial! The perspective and parallax was really cool. I think for my computer, I was having issues with not hearing the soundtrack and fonts not rendering properly. Seems like it works for other people though, so it's probably just on my end.
Liked the attention to detail on visual elements like lighting, shadow and environment. The monster you play as, the atmosphere and the aesthetic are awesome and the mechanic works well - overall really nice job on this!
This is a really cool concept for a game, and despite it being top-down the atmosphere oozes out of my screen. All of the little details like the trees having parallax and the (I assume procedural?) animations on the characters legs really add to the depth of the experience in a noticeable way. Playing as this monster while the soundtrack has these strange noises really makes it feel horrifying, well done!
One small complaint is that I couldn't get the rip attack to work sometimes, but other than that this is an excellent game! Really nice work!
Cool idea! The screen shake is really satisfying. I didn't quite understand my hitbox at first with a creature that had such long limbs, maybe it needed a bite animation or something. Either way, good work!

Really cool concept! I loved the animation on the monster and the depth to the trees.
The perspective on the trees was a great touch to make it feel like you're a creature crawling through the forest. The gameplay felt really nice, especially the ability to grab enemies and shake them with the mouse.
The only thing I would complain about is that I couldn't use the escape tunnels after finishing the preparation phase, so I ended up just sitting there for about a minute. Also, sometimes enemies would get stuck in the corner of the room, or on each other.
I see a ton of potential here if you decide to keep working on the game. Maybe adding a sneak mechanic, where enemies will lose sight of you and stop following you through walls.
Overall really great game jam game!
Great gameplay loop and graphics! Adding depth to the trees was a great touch, and the player controls and looks great. Being a stalking lurking monster gives a kind of satisfaction I haven't felt lately in games. Overall a really good game!
Absolutely love the movement and feeling of the main character. Ripping enemies apart by shaking the mouse is a really nice touch.
Scouting out the area before the attack is really neat as well.
For some reason I'm getting pretty intense lag when there's more than 2 enemies shooting at me, but that could be an issue on my end.
Overall, really great game.
The houses are a bit too large and sparsely furnished, and the soldiers rarely move, making it difficult to tactfully kill them all, leaving you to just have to run in, kill a bunch while tanking the bullets, and take a break to eat mushrooms in the woods.
Regardless, I absolutely adore this game. It scratches an itch I have that is rarely explored, which is games where you play as sneaking, stalking monsters. Just sleuthing around as the antagonist in a no doubt terrifying horror experience feels so sick.
I thank you for making this game. I very much enjoyed it.
Well done.
An unusual game in a good way, good visual style and presentation, pleased with the presence of a tutorial
One of the best games I've played this jam. Everything is perfectly polished.
Very cool idea and great implementation! I did feel like more of an emphasis on stalking, stealth, and surprise attacks would elevate it a lot though.

Really cool game, on webbuild it was bit laggy alot for me haha.
But I liked the idea of being the monster and breaking stuff! I didn't get the special attack right but that's just my problem haha. The art looks very clean and the animation of the monster walking dayum idk how to do that!
Really need game, very polished (wished I had more time for settings and better menu)
Just one thing is that I didn't really felt the theme but that could just be me, really well done!!
Insanely cool game, reminds me of Carrion in all the best ways. One of my favorite entries so far!
The monster design is really cool, aswell as the art of the game. It felt so smooth and polish. I really enjoyed it, great job!
Loved the style and ambience!
