How does your game fit the theme?
Before the storm arrives, you have to guide the ships to the dock. So during the calm before the storm you essentially map out a path for the ships to follow.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code myself, while taking reference from youtube videos for certain modules. As for the assets I created (Lighthouse, ship sprites, etc) a few but the majority of the assets (tilemap, background, SFX, etc) were from free assets on itch.io and other freeware websites.

Good game!! The levels and the mechanics are well designed. The art is cool and sfx supports the game well.
Has quite a steep learning curve but once understood its pretty good.
Kudos!!
Edit: Just played it again, I seemed to understand the mechanic a bit better now. Was able to complete a few levels. Some levels were impossible toc complete like others mentioned. I would like a better indication for how wind affects the boat coz sometime it seems to be swept away without much effort and sometime is just isn't affected by the wind.
Very nice and polished submission! Liked the replayability thanks to some randomness in ship positioning and wind direction and strength.
This is an incredibly fun and polished experience. The assets you created blend flawlessly into the asset packs and create a really cozy vibe with the lighthouse. There's a learning curve to the gameplay but once I got used to the amount the wind affects the ships I had a great time.
Pretty Cool! Nice job!
Bravo! The gameplay is fun, the visuals are stunning, and the overall experience is unforgettable. You’ve truly outdone yourself with this one! :)
I adore the dynamic of compensating for the wind when drawing routes for boats through wavering paths. Really exercises problem solving skills, which are satisfied by efficient sound design for playing and completing or failing a level.
The procedural generation does lead into impossible levels and an inconsistent difficulty curve, which is not so great for a level-based marathon game. It's especially hurtful for newcomers who are just trying to get into it only to be met with complicated layouts in the beginning due to RNG. Perhaps a static tutorial section would levy this.
Also, in one of the rounds, all of the boats were destroyed before I could even draw their routes.
I found the idea interesting, the art is also well done. although I think that the level design sometimes fails since it is impossible to reach the port with the boats in some cases.
but otherwise it's great work! :D
Definitely one of the best games I have played in this jam
A really cool game, the only feedback I have is that it would be nice to retry the same level multiple times to learn the mechanic a bit. Other than that, its really cool!
Cool pixel art and interesting idea
Stunning pixel art! very intuitive game with easy controls and a fresh concept which suits the theme!
Liked the mechanic and strategy behind drawing the path to get one of the ships. Love the "Internship Over" message - really nice job!
really well made in a week!took awhile to get the controls right
Wow didn't think Godot can make the pixel game this good, clean and fast. You have just completed the real game in a week man, the concept is unique and potential too ! Feel free to rate mine too !

Lost 100 times, but then i managed to win 3 levels in a row. I did find a bug where its possible to wedge your ship in place where you cant win or lose (which i now think should unlock a secret level).
GG
The art was really cool, and i also loved the concept. The game felt a bit hard though, but really interesting. Great Job!
The graphics were very good,
and the game in general was good but I think it took too long for the storm to start.
The game feels super polished, I was shocked before the game even started! I think it is really hard though, I barely manage the first level, I'm not really sure when exactly the wind hits as it does not seem to be constant when the wave starts, the strength of the wind might also be a bit too much for the first level(s). Still really interesting concept!
Super hard but great concept ^^
A really nice eye catching art game with a clever implementation of the theme. Nice entry for the jam
Be sure to check mine.
