How does your game fit the theme?
The threat of being boiled alive is a metaphorical storm. Therefore, all clams live in a perpetual state of being "the clam before the storm." As long as they live under human oppression, clamkind will never be truly free.

Also, it's a pun.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All code, art, and music was done from scratch EXCEPT for the Godot DialogueManager plugin for displaying RPG dialogue.

Really interesting! I really felt like a bivalve swiming around. The lice as a clam must be relaly hard.... Nice work!!

10 clams out of 10. Very enjoyable, I had a good laugh. Quite tricky in certain sections but not enough to be frustrating. I really liked this one :D

That was rather brutal xD very enjoyable game though!

This was pretty good! Good stuff!

Finally, some clam representation in games. I admire the committment to creating a movement system that actually makes me feel like I'm controlling a clam. This is a lot of fun. The art and dialogue is -- and I hope this phrase isn't offensive to clams -- *chef's kiss*. I laughed out loud at the death animation.

not to sound fishy but it was hard to keep clam while playing this game >_^ in all seriousness i really loved this entry! your limited colour palette really helped with the theme, and the pops of red made a lot of the visuals very positively striking. i had some troubles with the controls but was still lots of fun despite that!

10/10 would clam again.

To clam or not to clam, that is the question.

Absolute trip. Felt like I discovered a weird old game, like some lost media or something lol. It's so good.

Rad game. Not one, but two sets of great physics-based platforming controls. Frustrating and addictive. Simple, but well-applied art style. A very punny story with a variety of characters and at least two bosses! (I gave up on the crab). Great work!

Unexpectedly hardocre game, guys! I liked mechanics and level design in general, but was struggling with controls at first. Anyways, cool game!

Its a cool adventure, whilst a little hard to control - I still found it charming - good job :)

In the beginning: Aww, such a godly clam.

Once it starts: (The godly clam explodes...)

I never knew I could feel so much for a clam! Such a lovely calm!

Lovely game, kinda hard to controll before the Q, E is mentioned. Always love a good pun on the theme.

It's... Beautiful.

I adore the characters and there are good elements of design with the boss fight stages, especially the crab battle having a stage in and out of the water.

The only drawbacks are the resolution scaling and difficult controls but that barely impacted my enjoyment and will to get Clammius back to the ocean.

very cinematic clamness, crazy story. Aren't we all in a metaphorical storm. Movement seems to be a mix of propelled and constant motion, which ended up being a bit wonky i feel.

Has a lot of potential. The resolution of the game is way off, so no matter what it's stuck in a really small screen size, so I can barely see it. I think the mechanics are very interesting and it's a unique premise, and the art style was brilliant. Good effort!

I personally prefer the underwater sections over the land sections, but it was still pretty fun overall. The mixed pixel sizes don't look the best, though

Glory to the Clamkind! The writing is sooo good! Had so much fun :)

Hah, this really made me smile! The controls were a bit tough and clunky, but I felt like that sold the clam fantasy even more, so it didn't stop me from enjoying myself. Awesome work!

I loved the art and animations of the game, the Goku reference was a nice touch! Good Job
