I wrote all code from scratch and made all sprites form scratch to but the music I did not make.

It has a great foundation. I'd love to feel the impact of my upgrades more or at least see if my upgrades are stacking and by how much.

I enjoy the process of getting stronger and stronger, taking down all the enemies I've accumulated at once! I like the pixel feel of the game, too.

Amazing game! The core mechanics worked great, and I loved the upgrade system. The one piece of feedback I would provide is that there isn't really a difficulty increase as the game goes on despite the player getting stronger. Other than that, I the game was amazing!

Very fun game, loved the artstyle and the gore enemies leave behind. I really like action roguelikes so it's right up my alley. I got a score of 369 but had issues with lag. The enemies seem to sometimes spawn inside the obstacles where they cannot move or be killed. Still, with some tweaks and more content it's definetly a game I could see myself buying on steam for a few $.

Amazing game! Loved blasting enemies and getting frequent upgrades! The only problem I faced was some lag and text going off screen. Gonna use this art style as inspiration for a new game!

Thx, If you need more inspiration I have a whole sheet of un used enemy designs that got scrapped due to a lack of time, but I might make them into an asset pack here on itch.

Love the pixelart, nice looking game, the laser was really satisfying.
It was a bit hard to understand the impact of the upgrades, could not really tell / fell the difference even with the text explaining it. Also I ahve 2 monitor and the mouse would go out in my second screen and clicking would make me lose control of the game, most of the time leading to my death :'(

That being said the art is great, nice use of few colors, the main character and the enemies sprite animation were great and those blood splatter were really cool.

Your game's really cool! I really like the pixel art style! When you hit enemies with your giant laser, I feel like there should be a bigger impact, like a screen shake or sound effect, for example. Besides that, your game was pretty solid!

Love how cohesive this game feels, although a bit repetitive at times. Sometimes I would pick an upgrade and not really notice anything changing. Overall great project

I mean for a game that shifted it scope in the middle of the jam I love it but it get's kind of repetetive after short while, and the upgrades could use some description couse it's not always clear what they actually do

theres a lot of player feedback with the game being incredibly juicy! i wish there was an incentive to not use your weapon. maybe a recharge mechanic?

Wonderful art direction, love the bloodstaining effect. The music is very nice, and the gameplay is super fun, Really ramps up as you go along, but it is nice that this is controlled in part by RNG, and in part by player strategy.

Graphics are Great i absolutely love the pixel style of the game. gameplay however was a bit underwhelming the laser didn't feel as powerful as it could've, mainly due to the sound it makes. the enemies were a bit repetitive but other than that it was fun

Cool Game! Movement, enemies pretty much everything felt nice! One thing i was confused about was if I could use the laser beam forever. There was no bar so i just held it down the whole time which seemed a bit overpowered lol. But otherwise really fun to keep killing levelling up and upgrading!
