woahh good work!!
Bunches of bone-thanks for your kindness! It's like a cozy hug for my skeleton soul ๐ฆด๐ค๐
Short, but very nice and very sweet.
You can really see the Undertale inspiration and references. I was surprised by all the interactions that were possible with the world! I almost wish the characters would sound like Papyrus and Sans :P
Keep up the good work!
Immense gratitude for your warm words! Yep, I definitely took a page from Undertale's book โ or should I say, a bone from its skeleton! ๐๐๐ฆด
Nice! i really loved the aesthetics of the game. The level of interactivity was amazing.
I did get stuck on the piano puzzle (had to take a hint) and the first box puzzle, the box got stuck in a corner and I had to restart it.
It also froze at one point but I'm thinking it's just firefox.
Massive thanks for your kind feedback! Happy to hear the piano hint was a help, and yes, I agree that box definitely needs some 're-packaging,' haha! ๐๐ฆ๐ง
Well, lesson learned. There's a reason most puzzle games reset the room when you leave & come back.
This was a cool game, I loved all the polish, and the music & dialogue was top notch! The final puzzle was a bit odd, I just stood on the pressure plate and the exit opened? I figured there was something I'd have to do with the fireflies...
All in all, a fun, chill time!
Heaps of thanks for your heartwarming words! I'll definitely consider your feedback as I continue developing โ you're helping me grow as a game designer, haha ๐. The last puzzle was meant to be a labyrinth that you can simplify by adjusting the camera's scale, but now I see there's still plenty of work to be done ๐ ๐ฆด๐ก
Very good game, you've managed to create a really cool and original atmosphere. And your game is very complete. The hints helped me a lot, especially on the piano where I had no idea what to play... ^^'
In any case good work ;)
I'm overflowing with gratitude for your comment โ it's spine-tastically uplifting! ๐๐ฆด๐
Hearty thanks for your uplifting comments! You've got me grinning from skull to skull โ 'spasi-bone' for that! ๐๐ฆด๐
Wooow, I just donโt know where to start, oh, Iโll start with the bad things! I just got stuck in the piano scene!!! :c Now about the good things ( which is a lot! ): the accessibility is amazing!!! the tab key is just something I didnโt thought I needed! it helped me a lot in places where I would get stuck, ah! the sound effects are amazingly done! the music is calmly and comfy, I loved it!! the sound effect of a typewritter in the text box dialogue is amazing, and it seems like thereโs a lot of things after the piano puzzle, I just canโt imagine how hard was for you to work on it, really good work :D ( also annoying dog reference in the beggining got me hahah )
Big thanks for your warm words! A little hint โ if you press and hold Tab, the notes will light up gradually on the music sheet when you playing it in the right way. And yes, haha, looks like our dog friend sneaked in even here ๐๐น๐
Very interesting interpretation of the theme, good music and sfx AND the details are amazing!
I'm skull over heels with gratitude for your comments! ๐โค๏ธ๐ฎ
Got stuck in the first box puzzle (Pushed against the wall), but the autosave was a lifesaver!
I reloaded the game and finished it! n.n
It was very enjoyable and the TAB key was a great implementation, great job!
Really thrilled for your encouraging remarks! Glad you liked the Tab mechanic. Here's a little secret just for you โ try using it in the game's main menu, there's a surprise waiting! ๐๐น๏ธ๐
I really enjoyed this game, especially the beautiful graphics and the story! There were just one problem I encountered: Once the crates were pushed all the way to the wall, I couldn't pull them back onto the pressure plates (I know, that was a stupid move of mine in the first place haha), so it would have been helpful if there was a way to reset the room (or maybe I just missed that?)... Nonetheless, playing the game was great fun :)
Really grateful for your supportive words! Haha, yeah, I didn't foresee that issue initially, so I'll add a fix after the jam. For now, you can restart the level by re-entering the game and selecting 'Continue' from the menu ๐๐ฎ๐ง
It was a great game about a small story. There was a lot of props, text , content and puns. Game did a lot of things to reduce the friction, that music puzzle could done a lot harder but would also make a lot of players leave there.
Much appreciated for your uplifting feedback! I really wanted to ramp up the puzzle challenge, but yep - my goal was to ensure players with less gaming experience wouldn't get stuck for too long, so I'm testing all the puzzles on my non-gamer girlfriend to get it just right ๐งฉ๐๐ฎ
Heyo! Fantastic art great feel and fun minigames inside of the game. Impressed with the ai for a game jam as well.
Bone-a fide thanks for your kind remarks! Crafting the ai was definitely one of the most challenging โ and spine-tingling โ parts of programming! ๐ค๐ฆด๐ป
I liked this game. What I liked most were the minigames.
Your comments have given me a skele-ton of joy โ femur-tastic praise indeed! ๐ฆด๐๐
Nice change of pace. I enjoyed the writing and the minigames.
I can't hide my skull-smile, your encouraging comments are humerus-ly appreciated! ๐๐ฆด๐
Nice game! Audio/visuals were great, I liked all of little interactive parts of the environment. I got stuck at the part where you move boxes over the switches, it seems like if you push the boxes into the corner they get stuck. Really impressive stuff!
Heartfelt thanks for your encouraging feedback! Oh, you're right about that bug โ I'll get right on fixing it. Thanks for pointing it out! ๐๐ง๐
Amazing game, really cute art, music, and story! The beginning really reminded me of Undertale with the house, lamps, and mirror (and skeleton lol). It was fun and relaxing as many others have already said. Amazing submission!
Really appreciate your kind remarks! Yep, Undertale was a big inspiration for me, haha! Keep an eye out in the corridor for a little Easter egg โ a portrait of a dog that gives a nod to Toby's game ๐๐ฎ๐
Audio is a very nice fit to the story, art is very good as well, the overall mood is incredibly well done. I also wanna point out that the mirror actually works, nice detail!
Thank you for your warm words! Oh, and about the mirror โ had a funny incident where the reflection popped out during development, felt like a scene straight from a horror movie! ๐๐ฆด๐ป
great and cozy game. How did you manage to make all this during the jam?

I really appreciate your kind words! Pouring 10 hours a day into this game to bring my ideas to life was a labor of love ๐๐ ๏ธ๐
Really cozy and soulful game, love the feeling and little mechanics!
I'm thrilled to hear you're enjoying the cozy, soulful vibe of the game โ it really warms my skeleton heart! ๐๐ฆด๐
Nice one! It really feels well polished. And it was fun to have mini games combined with the story :)
Thrilled to the bone that you dug this skeletal saga! Thanks a heap for your rattling good review - it's like music to earbones ๐ฆด๐๐ค
