That was fun. Literally flush 'em all! Did you do all the drawing? Well done.
lol loved the spirit designs and animations. They were so fun and cute. xD
Cute game! I like the visuals, the art style was pretty cute (THICC DUCK), and the music sets that “flushing the spirits out” kind of vibe xD. The gameplay was nice and simple, easy to understand mechanics. Overall, good job! :D
really cute game. I loved the design of spirits and their animations. Nice job!
Very fun game, although it is the art that stands out as being masterful.
Maybe add some more sounds, and I agree that there is no reason to toggle the glasses, but really well done.
Some spirits are cute, think I would just keep them in my place as pets. I like the art and I like the concept overall. The feedback I would give is that 1. It was not obvious at first what to do after I pick up a spirit. I figured it out eventually of course, but some guidance would be nice. 2. The player can complete the entire game with the glasses on without taking them off, so what is the point there in switching dimension?
Nice work like the plot and theme of the game. Also enjoyed the music. Great job.
We really enjoyed playing this game, cleaning all the flat brought us the peace we needed, now we can rest good :D Nice work ahaha :)
I've cleaned up the whole apartment, now I can sleep peacefully. It's time to tidy up my own place too. I enjoyed playing the game, the music was well-chosen, and those funny ghosts! I felt sorry for the one hiding under the blanket on the bed, I didn't want to scare it away:D
This put a smile on my face :)
Everything from the plot to the character designs were really charming.
Was nice to see such big character sprites and the ghost designs gave me a chuckle.
your game is oozing personality and your artstyle feels refreshing and unique. The character was wickedly charming as she stuffed these little critters into the toilet with a blissful smile on her face. and the wiggling animation of the little sh*theads were the cherry on top. I actually think our games share some DNA as we both explore extraordinary events happening in extremely ordinary environments and we both focus more on exploring the world and its characters and the general mood, than on super tight gameplay loops. i really love this.
Wow thanks so much for the kind words! That's a good point I think you hit the nail on the head, I was trying to start with an ordinary situation that gets weird, luckily none of the spirits took my marbles! ;)
BTW I also really liked the dialogue system you had in your game, I loved how you were able to add a lot of depth and humor to all the characters (the neighbor's eyeball!). I didn't have enough time to really work that out for my game in this jam, but I plan to! I tried to draw the spirits so they would help carry the story instead :)
thanks to you too. I actually did the GameDev.tv tutorial on how to implement a dialog system from scratch in unity (with custom unity editor windows and good stuff like that) while the jam was going on. so maybe that is a course that would be interesting for you to pick for free after the jam ends.

it is A LOT of work however. took me around 30 hours to get it done. but it's definitely sth I'll keep using
At first I was going to comment "I like how instead of squashing the ghosts like bugs we're gently carrying them out of our home" but then I realized that the 'Flush' of the title was literal. Oh noooo! I hope ghosts don't mind a trip through the sewers!
The art is very cute, I like how each ghost has its own appearance and animations, that's an excellent attention to detail. :) Being able to toggle the glasses vision on and off is also nice, but I don't think there's any gameplay benefit to switching it off.
It was a little difficult at times to grab a ghost (and pick up the glasses at the start), it wasn't always clear how to properly line things up.
The irony of messing up your freshly tidied home when clearing it of ghosts was a lovely twist. :D
Hehe really liked the idea of flushing down spirits. :D
Nice game, well done!
