I had already liked your game when you posted on discord, but playing it adds much more to the experience. Great atmosphere, visuals and music!
Thank you!
Very pretty game, nice art and cute npcs, good job :)
Thank you!
I don't even know where to begin with this comment! I kept seeing progress of your work in discord, but I was visiting sporadicly and caught only glimpses. This is fantastic!
First, the mechanics of the ship with the four thrusters, the star at the center fitting not only the story but also creating a gravitational pull that the player actually has to work with was wow!
Art styles with limited palettes is something I adore, and your planets really looked beautiful in the background with small details like cacti (genius). And while I was cruising around space jumping around my very own star, I notice a happy square fellow just vibing at the back.
"hehe, this is a great dude back there, great detail to add life to the world, I will definitely comment about him!"
... you can only imagine my surprise when passing over him, the "press E" text appeared. I was like 0.0
took me a while to realign my ship to have a chat, and then I was sure. Ben Cube truly is my G. With a smile on my face was ready to close the game and rate, until I stumbled on the second NPC (don't remember who, after Ben no one else matters [jk]) and then the next and next. Amazing stories told by each on of them. Congratulations on such a captivating and humorous game!
thank you so much!
Perfect ratings from me! Awesome job, man.
Thank you!
Thank You!
my only problem with this gale is that there arent more levels, it has a nice atmospheric feel and great controls
Thank you!
The ship itself is really interesting, I would love to see more interesting mechanics involving it
Thank you!
love the main mechanic of controling the guy and the planet and the level looked amazing
Thank you!
thank you!
I had fun just jumping around the ship. It was a little annoying reaching the end of space, some screen wrap would go a long way here. Overall the music felt great with the game.
Thank you!
It was fun seeing the progress you were making on this on the Discord server. It came together really nicely. Music, art, and sound design are wonderful. Would like to see a little more of an "objective". But definitely a game I'd love to see fleshed out more. Great work!
Thank you!
I love the art and atmosphere and music of this so so much, it all ties together and is so good. I really like moving the player and planet separately as well. One thing that bugs me is how everything goes all glitchy when you get to the border, maybe instead there could be a fade to black or something? To make it more clear that it's a border, and hide the glitch. I love this, and I hope you get through to the next round!
Thank you! yea the border is something that if I make it to the next round Ill definitely work on, maybe have screen wrapping
Really cute game! I love the aesthetic, music, and sound design! The style is super cool! :D
Thank You!
Interesting environment and i really like the art and music, bit confusing what your supposed to be doing is tho.
Thank You!
I really like how you can control the comet rocket as well as the guy inside. Art is really well done and those aliens are cool to talk to. I think having a wrap screen would be beneficial. Music is perfect love all of the animations
Thank you!
Very cute environment, I remember seeing screenshots and love the way the spaceship maneuvers separately from the pilot himself!
Thank you!
This is so good. I've been watching the development of it over time and it came together so well. I loved hunting for more aliens to talk to. And the movement sound and art design is beyond satisfying.
Thank you!
