Interesting character writing, setting, original use of the theme... Yep, it feels good! As others said, a bit of music (or maybe atmospheric SFX?) and UI sounds would add to the whole thing. It really seem to be the kind of game that could rely a lot on its atmosphere to work!

In any case, I like it and hope that your lil' project will be featured as one of the finalists.

Oh, I didn't expect a text adventure in this jam.

I really liked it though.

The gameplay of looking at different terminals to find information on how to access other terminals was really fun. And while at the start I obviously was a bit lost I found my way around pretty quickly. It's always a nice feeling when you read something and notice "Hey, I could use that information!".

The presentation is understandably pretty basic, but the color scheme fits the feel of the game and the effect on some of the text is surpising, when it happens and helps the mood.

I had fun playing this as it reminded me somewhat of games like Outer Wilds and Tacoma, with their basic premise of looking at stuff, getting more information and trying to figure out what happened.

All around good stuff and apart from more content to further flesh out the mystery and give it a proper ending I'm not really sure what could be improved.

Really enjoyed this one! Nice break from the panic and madness of other entries. Could see this working as a great mobile game, in fact.

A cool take on the theme, going for a text adventure, has a great atmosphere and is a decent challenge!

This game was really well thought out and executed! It really felt like you were snooping around through these computers, and puzzling out all of the passwords–while relatively easy–was still a lot of fun! You created a fascinating dynamic between these people we never interacted with, and I'd love to explore that world further. Great job!

pretty original concept, haven't seen many text adventure games. Good work!

Ooh, cool to see a text adventure, haven't played one in awhile. I really liked how you made the screen and text look, good writing too! Only complaint is maybe some atmospheric noise would be nice. Good submission!

Warehouse 13!

It's really cool that you pulled off a text adventure, with some neat things. The flickertext was pretty atmospheric! Got Daniel's and Jake's password pretty easily. The others took a bit longer, but I've got em all, including the second [redacted to not spoil] :) Was fun to figure out!

I love text adventure games and this one is really well done. The glitches in the text really give it an extra touch. The storytelling is really well done. I love the little touches like Diane written with a heart on the i.

As a SCP fan, I found this very amusing haha. I'm a bit biased though as I'm not a fan of most text based games, but I have to admit it was a bit fun solving the mystery of each person's password. It did look really good though, the green glow has a nice old school terminal feel. Great job overall!

Good job. I found Daniel's password but no luck for the others...

Without revealing too much, the ">help" command will give you hints if you're nice to the computer. Otherwise it'll just make excuses to not help you.

While I wasn't expecting to see a twine game in this jam it's definitely one the best games I've played so far.

It did remind me somewhat of the ios game Hack RUN which had a similar style.

I also liked the font used in the main window.

Overall great job, well done!

It's not often that you see a story-based game in game jams, but you've knocked it out with the compelling writing and fun puzzles! A little music wouldn't hurt to add if you have the time, but otherwise, great job!

REALLY cool game. I enjoyed this alot, trying to pick up on clues about the interests of the characters was pretty fun. I love story driven submissions to game jams and this was really solid. Great work

I like it!

Your game is really neat,  I normally can't get into reading games, but this kept my attention.  However I had no sound? Cool ambient music would match this well. You should keep working on it! Congrats on successfully submitting a game to the jam and I hope you learned a lot of new things.  Please check out my game when you have time :D

Really cool game! I enjoyed puzzle elements, would love to see more of this.

Nice take on the concept and the art style looks great!

I really like your presentation! I instantly felt very immersed when clicking on the play button. It's a nice idea, and I'm a big fan of stories with AI, stuff with computers and all (my game is about that too). For less than 48h you did great.  Great job, Please keep creating games!

Cool concept, I couldn't get past the first password though.

Developer(+1)

The first password is given in the UI bar.

Every password is either stated outright somewhere in the game (hidden in the text, though not "coded") or heavily implied.
