How does your game fit the theme?
My game takes all conventional controls of a Defence game and puts it into a chaotic virtual remote control with limited explanation, which makes you lose control of the game very quickly.

Did your team create the art for this game during the 48 hour time slot?

Yes

Did your team create the audio for this game during the 48 hour time slot?

Love the control box design! Would be great if the control layouts were more intuitive, and there is feedback for the reload time. but great work :)

Developer

thaks for your feedback.

I designed the remote control intentionaly chaotic to give it a more "controlless" fell. The same with reload time, its actually randomised :)

but I can think of ways making this a bit less frustrating.

I loved the graphics of this game! Wonderful models and sounds to fit the panel! Some of the keys on the panel are a bit misleading, but I still loved the game. (I'm pretty sure that was the point.) What program did you use to make the models? Blender?

Developer

yeah, I was going for that, it gets a lot eisier tho, when you learn what the buttons do :) thanks for playing

Well, I did my best and my HQ is in ruined. Great fun. Controller is top notch!

Developer

well, you tried :) thanks for playing

That Remote Control box is too good!  And the initial free time to figure out what each button does is  really nice touch! Nice execution!

Developer

thanks for your feedback :)

This was one of the best games I have played so far. Huge respect for pulling that of!

Developer

thank you so much for that :)

Oooh this has so much potential! I LOVE the idea, but currently the gameplay has too slow of a pace. Maybe let the player fire more often, while also spawning more enemies, and less errors that lock the whole thing up.

Developer

thank you for your feedback, I had a lot of trouble balancing the difficulty (I make usally to hard games). But I'll keep in mind to raise the difficulty on the middle and end part of the game in the postjam version :)

Love the concept and execution!

This was great! One of the only Jam games I've played to completion!

Developer

thanks for playing it that far, hope you liked it :)

Great game! The gameplay is fun, the artwork looks good and the concept behind the game is both really original and is very fitting for the theme.

Developer

thank you for your feedback

Wow, this was amazing! Everything about it, it really embodies the theme. Great job!!

Developer

thanks, for that ;)

Really love games where I have to interact with a machine to figure out how it works! Great stuff

The game is really fun to play! At first, I really loved the challenge to like figure out how to do stuff. The game is getting really easy  when you got it tho. That's why I liked those errors.

Overall really nice game, well done!

Maybe I was a little sad after completing all 10 waves :(

Developer

Damn, you flatter me. Glad you like it, concidering the weirdness of the game.

I really dunno how to balance the difficulty, I could play through the game without getting hit once, but some playtesters had even difficulties finishing the first wave.

Submitted

I'm glad most control panels aren't like this. Get's easier once you figure the buttons out.

Developer(+1)

Thankfully they aren't, thanks for playing ;)

Submitted

Damn, this was excellent. The sound design is perfect. Super satisfying.

Developer

thank you kind stranger

Sooo good! Reminds me of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes in the best way possible, specially with the faulty modules like the authorization key and security code stuff, which gave me honest laughts!

Developer

Thanks a lot for that, glad you liked it.

hoped to get those vibes of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes going ;)

Quite confusing, dunno if you're supposed to get shot to death once you get one of those terminal errors

Developer

That's not what's supposed to happen ;) , I created a bit of help on the game's page, thanks for playing anyways.

This is awesome. It's super fun and pretty difficult. It fits the theme perfectly. Great job!

Developer

glad you liked it

Love the visuals on this. Was confused all the way through, but that's a good thing considering the theme.

Developer

Thanks, was worrying about that, maybe should've given more explanasion, but that could also destroy the whole point of the game.

Submitted

Incredibly frustrating but in a good way. Really fun

Very Interesting Idea, cool execution and controls. The entering the code felt a little bit weird

Developer

Thanks for feedback buddy, could you explain what you mean by "weird", so can fix that issue in a later build.

Submitted

Im not sure if I can pin exactly what I was, but I believe having the code not change when you hit a wrong number, and adding an "enter" button would feel better. I also think adding an obvious blinking light would be good
(my dumbass spent a solid minute trying to enter random codes getting feedback from the beeping sound in a panic before noticing the small text in the top left)

Developer

Thanks a lot for that, I have a good picture of what you mean and a blinking light would be a nice addition for sure.
