Adorable aesthetic and music.  The level design really does justice to the mechanic.  Would love to see more puzzles.  Awesome job!

Developer

Thanks!

Really clever level design! And my god, the music is fantastic!

Thank you!

I love this game mechanic! The music is also amazing. Good job!

I really appreciated the ideas presented. On the level with the auto-jump though, the timing was really tight and it definitely caused a bit of frustration.

Developer

Yeah the last part of the 10th level is kind of a stretch, but I liked the fact that every mechanic was combined into a single challenge. That was what I was aiming for, but I agree that one is a bit tricky. Thanks for the feedback!

A very charming puzzle game! I feel like even though the "mimic controls across multiple characters" mechanic is a running theme in the jam, this one adds a nice spin on it with choosing *when* to start/stop mimicing controls.

And on top of that, the music is super cute! I stopped playing for a minute to just appreciate the entire loop when the "Bzzzzz"s came in! Props to Philippe Grant for that :)

Developer

Thanks a lot! Phil would be very pleased to hear that!

This game was frickin' adorable! I especially loved the background music. There was a moment in one of the levels where a bee could connect to a bee that was already connected to it, making it so that the bees would move really fast after pressing an arrow key and still keep moving after releasing. Maybe put in a condition that a bee can't connect to a bee that's already connected to it?

Developer

Oh yeah I forgot to handle the infinite loop!! It would be cool if there was some special interaction when that peculiar event occurs, but now it just creates a weird infinite speed gain loop. Thanks for the feedback!

Very good. Definitely Top 100 if not Top 20.

I easily felt compelled to play through all the levels. All aspects of the game fit well together and I felt challenged but not /too/ challenged. Very well done!

Developer

I wish this would come true!! Thanks a lot for your feedback! :D

Challenging, but fun! The puzzles were really good and varied in this game, which kept me playing for a while, and it was always satisfying when the solution finally clicked and I got my way to the end. It was difficult as well, which kept the stakes high, though I'd say at some points it felt unfair, especially when obstacles seemed to be there just to slow you down. It was hard to keep track of all the mechanics at first, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out what everything did. The artwork was cute and charming, and along with the music it helped add some nice personality to the game - I loved the little buzzing! Some more feedback could've helped, though - dying felt sudden, with everything just resetting, and especially with how often it happened. It was a fun game, though, and I had lots of fun working my way through the levels! Good work!

You're totally right about the user feedback. If I had more time (or less sleep) the next step would have been to add more polish in terms of user feeback such as Particle effects when you collide with objects or die, add some UI to guide the user, and make the flow of the game more convenient when you die or begin a level. Thanks for the great feedback!

Amazing! Ame-sting?

Top marks across the board, as even for the times I had to re-restart the level (some of the kill-zones can be a bit finicky to get past), the music kept me playing.

(Also the very left side of the screen seems to get cut off by a little?)

There's a glitch with itch.io player with my aspect ratio! I can't seem to find out why. The problem of borders is solved if you click the fullscreen button you'll see the game in the proper aspect! Sorry about that! Thanks for the amaZTING feedback!! :D

Very clever game! Artwork is charming, music is awesome, and the puzzles are a good combination of challenging and interesting. That you introduced so many elements in such little time is quite an achievement! Great job!

Developer

Thanks a lot my friend!

This is definitely one of my favorites of the jam. When the buzzing in the music started I was like "this is magical"

Wow I LOVE this, one of my favorite games I've played in any jam! Each level I kept thinking that your game couldn't get any better, and then it did! Wonderful job on the art and the mechanics! When you introduce the combined velocity I was wowed! Really great job!

I love everything about this game! The artwork is cute, the concept is very well polished, and the music is incredible. Great work!

Developer

Thanks a lot!

This was so charming! I love the concept, how you smoothly and gradually it teaches all of them, and then how they're added together to make more and more complex puzzles which both test my problem solving and execution. The art is super cute and easy to read, and the music is so creative and excellent and had me grooving and humming and smiling to myself the whole time. Well done!

Developer

This game was designed to make YOU smile! Thanks for the feedback! :D

Submitted(+2)

Haha :D Gonna have that tune in my head for a while.

I liked the concept, but it was the presentation (nice touches like phone calling the bees :D) that really elevated it for me.

Developer

Thanks mate! I also really enjoyed your game! So glad you liked the presentation. I'm just a simple dev who happens to have an ipad and a pen to draw some little bees and phones.
