How does your game fit the theme?
This game is about someone who wants to rejoin their former friend whom they've grown apart from. To distract herself from anxieties about their distance, she escapes to a platformer game where anonymous users join together to solve puzzles using their conversation with each other.

I always really enjoy your work, and this looks like it'll turn into something great when you get chance to polish it up. The story feels interesting, and the art is great as always - I like the bird animations in the platformer segments.
I had a lot of issues getting input to work - I have a gamepad connected to my PC and when I unplugged it the input started to work. It might be worth seeing if some of the other folks are having the same issue.
Thanks for letting us know about the input!!
Yeah it's super weird, some folks can't get pass the main menu screen, and somehow I ran into a real nasty bug that won't resolve itself even after deleting my player prefs -- the gamepad bit is a good lead tho thanks!
Love it :) The story is interesting and I wanted to know more!
The title screen UI has some really cool effects!
just when I started thinking "it'd be cool if the text bubbles had different shapes and effects" and then they did. I enjoyed the story a lot and the mechanics have great potential for harder puzzles. If you ever need custom music in the future I know a guy.
The presentation for this game is really amazing! I like the tonal clash between the real world and the game world and how the MMO setting allows the themes from the real world to still be expressed in the game world. The movement with the dashing felt a little unresponsive, but I do like how the dashing could be used to push the text boxes around and to bounce off the cloudy ones.
Fun game! I really want to see more of the stories. Can't wait to see the finished product! I'd be interested to see your rating of my submission!
The animations of the blue girl and all the artwork are amazing! The birds are pretty cute too. Very ambitious to basically make two games at once!
I broke it, I went into the options menu and looked at the controls, but the controls window got stuck on my screen even when I pressed "new game." I closed it and opened it back up but now it won't let me press any of the menu buttons. I also deleted the files and redownloaded them but it's still bugged. It's pretty though.
yeah please view the game page for known bugs and how to avoid/fix them
I had the exact same issue

One of the best-looking games I played so far, with a deep intro. I like the contrast between the story part and the Fly Bird game with chill music, all that feels so good. awesome game!
Beautiful art and the soundtrack is very chill. It was pretty fun to play though I got stuck at the main menu at the start. Apart from that, it was a very nice experience.
thank you! 💀 it seems like other people had the same problem, did deleting player prefs work or did you do something else?
yes, deleting the player prefs worked for me :D
It's stuck in the main menu page and I can't do anything. It seems good though!
The soundtrack is nice and the drawing fits with the game really well. Apart from the bugs, the puzzle looks simple but it can be frustrating, it took me quite some time to passed xD
I had recently played missed messages so it was a pleasant surprise to see a submission from you for this jam. The timelapse of you making missed messages is actually part of what motivated me to participate myself! While I got stuck in the menu here (and I couldn't delete playerprefs), and from what I've seen this is a really cool narrative take on the theme of the jam. The art and animation is top notch and I'm looking forward to playing the full version!
thank you!! i was like maybe i should make another timelapse...meh im too lazy
lessons have been learned to build and test ahead :p
love the art and soundtrack, both are absolutley beautiful and really emphasise the juxtaposition within the story
Really great art. Very chill game. Well done!
This is amazing. I love the presentation, and the narrative structure. I had trouble figuring out how to get past the first dialog box, so either adding the "E" button prompt there or making the box auto-close would help. The dash mechanic also seemed kinda finicky to execute, but overall it was fun. The description makes it sound like you plan on continuing this after the jam, so I look forward to seeing more of this.
Absolutely savage contrast between depressed staring at the screen and then jumping into the game. I really felt that.
Unfortunatly my enjoyment was cut short when I accidentally bounced through a wall and couldn't get back into the play area.
The BIrd Adventure was really cute and the music was relaxing. I'd like to see where this goes!
Ah sorry to hear about the bouncing through the wall bit -- was hoping that the restart button (top-right) would help remedy that
Oh, it totally would have! I forgot
Really liked this, the art is so nice and chill! The contrasting styles between the room vs the game are really great, too.
Awesome game! Very pretty, very fun, and incredibly chill vibes.
