The time pressure in combination with the risk of cracking your own eggs makes for some very fun gameplay, managed a high score of 81.

Got a score of 69 and knew I had to quit there. I had way more fun than I expected with this. Once I understood the mechanics I played several times. Loved it!

Honestly, the idea of swapping the roles of eggs and chicken made me a bit skeptical... And apparently for no reason, because yes, it did swap these roles, but it made it in an actually meaningful way! Eggs laying chickens instead actually leads to interesting consequences!
The premise of the game is pretty funy, but the game makes the best out of this premise! Great job at making this! I enjoyed this a lot!

I have to say that this is the weirdest concept of all the games in the jam so far, but in a good way.
I got a score of 50.
I think there's something weird going on with your RNG function becuase egs that spawn at the same time will move in identical ways.

It's bizarre yet very amusing at the same time. My only complaint is that the drag and drop feature is a little unintuitive. The game would feel much more addictive if you could collect chickens by simply clicking. Despite this, I still like it a lot.

Really sweet idea! I feel like the game would have been improved by clearer UI buttons, and maybe a tutorial as well — but I get what you were going for, and I think this could be a really fun game for someone with better aim than me hahaha — great work! :)

Very good. Nice to have the choice to buy time or more eggs for more chickens. Feels like it needs just one more system for when you end up with too many eggs and can keep buying time.
Thank you! Yes you are able to get to a point where it is hard to lose if you play well at the start. I was planning to add a mechanic such as random events or the chickens getting faster as time goes on, but I did not have time in the end.
Interesting idea, but I can't see how it affects the gameplay much. It'd still be the same game with the roles as they normally are, wouldn't it?

I understand what you mean, as there isn't a particular game mechanic that comes from the theme, I just thought it was a funny idea :) Although this way around it makes sense that you could accidentally crack eggs, and that the items being laid on the ground (in this case the chickens), are able to run away. Glad you like the squatting eggs :)

The game is pretty simple to understand and it's easy to get in the game loop. Was a bit surprised when I accidentally cracked an egg.... and then proceeded to do it again by accident xDDD
