How does your game fit the theme?
In Screen Golf, we adapted the Jam theme by giving a classic puzzle-platformer game a twist, the player doesn't control the "player" but the screen itself(meaning the aspect ratio, completely overwritting thus the players role) to guide the ball to its destination through 5 levels.

Interesting golf game involving the shifted of the screen edges.

While the sounds are decent, it a little hard to make out the spikes and the wind blowing. And, it was a bit difficult for me to grab the edge of the window.

Also, it would have been more fun to if the screens could hit the golf ball in a way that give momentum much like a golf club would.

Nonetheless, nice job.

Cool game! Very nice animations with a good amount of skill, strategy and polish implemented into the gameplay loop. Well done!

Very creative mechanic. Well done!

Cool concept. I wish the screens hit the ball in a more golf like way but still pretty cool

I love the artstyle and the feel that vintage filter gives the game, the pixel art is so cute and overall is so enjoyable, I would come back to keep playing, well done!!

This has to be one of the best golf games at this jam that i've played so far. however i think it would be nice to start the levels with more visibility, also i really liked the use of the bombs.

One of the best concepts I've seen, and executed really well with gorgeous art! Minor nitpick that the tutorial's text had an arrow pointing upwards that made me think you could only move the top for a while, but that's really just me being dumb 😅 Great game, well done!

Levels 3 and 4 were starting to really get interesting but 5 was a bit of a let down. Wished for a bit more mechanics and levels!

very nice aesthetics and concept. It feels very funny to get a hole in one after poking at the ball for a long time. I just wish the black border was slightly transparent.

Absolutely loved it, my favorite game so far. Amazing visuals, everything is super coherent and the UI design is amazing too. Also, the scope of the game is quite impressive and the music and sound effects are wonderful. Lastly, I'm a fan of the unique gameplay as well. All 5 stars for me. Only thing I would improve is to make the screen borders easier to grab. Good luck in the jam!

Super innovative! I've never seen an  idea like this and it was executed well! I got stuck on the bomb  level, I just didn't know how to deal with them. I tried using the top border to destroy all the bombs but I only got 2/3 of them. Also, selecting and dragging the borders was sometimes inconsistent but that's just a small thing. Overall, I see lots of potential and could see this being developed further!

I really really really like this concept. At times I had some problems with dragging the borders, but apart from that the game was really enjoyable!
