A genius concept well executed! Even a simple mechanic like this leaves much freedom for interpretation, so it's obviously really difficult to account for every solution… the game manages it pretty well though! Well done :).

That was an interesting playthrough, it took me a couple tries to figure out the correct sentences. Hope to see more!

This was super fun! I loved that you got a Papers Please vibe with a completely original concept and gameplay.

what a treat! i got the revolution ending on my own, had to look at the walkthrough for the others. i wish i could have a chance to redo if the illustrator didn't understand my headline--sometimes i accidentally missed one word, or it looked like it made sense to me but the game didn't understand it. maybe you could gray out the "submit" button for all of the headlines until they're acceptable, like with the final one? either way it's a fairly short game so it's not too much of a bother.

the presentation is on point for this game! art style works super well for an unhinged conspiracy paper, and the music fits that vibe as well. i love this take on the theme! great work on this

Really interesting game, and interesting concept as well, and quite appropiate for this day and age. I hate that I didn't manage to understand how unlock the submit button, but what to do, right? lol. I hope you can work on it more, especially to be able to work with even more prompts as reponse. Great work

Glad you enjoyed the game! There's a walkthrough in the itch page description if you're interested!

Wow - such an original interpretation of the theme! The single camera pan was awesome, and it was a lot of fun trying out different word combinations to come up with different headlines! I got stuck on "executed" ending, couldn't figure out the right combination to enable submit

Developer(+1)

Thanks for trying out the game! There's a walkthrough in the itch page description, if you'd like to see how to get past that ending 👀

Oh cool, I'll check it out!

Very good game, I had fun trying to find out the best way to manipulate the title. It also teaches a nice lesson about clickbaits so good job! Would like to see this into some kind of full release with longer story :)

this got me thinking for a while and I got a lot of ???? I wonder how hard this would be having to fix a full text, very creative idea

Submitted(+1)

Really creative idea and great execution, love this one!

I got stuck with one of the endings because I couldn't find a combination of words to unlock the submit button. Maybe a hint system would help here. Good effort!

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed it! Good idea, if we expand the game maybe we will implement that. There is also a walkthrough in the description if you want to see how to solve that ending!

the collages were so fun, great job on executing such a unique concept

quite the creative game indeed!
this was extremely fun, the concept is smart too, you truly are creative, the game plays well and I had tons of fun, one of the well  polished games on the jam, great work!

Pretty unique idea! Finding new meanings just by erasing was pretty fun to do. Also general atmosphere was pretty nice with changed news' images. Great job!

The game is really high quality, very professional presentation in every way. I reaally enjoyed the gameplay! Would be happy to play more of this game :)

This was a really nice little game. Obviously you wouldn't make an image for every possible censorship combination, so there were a few times where I thought I made something but the game disagreed, but that's understandable. Other than a few technical issues (the music sometimes didn't start, and I'd have liked a restart button in-game), I thought this was great.

Loved this one ! At first I thought that you can only remove two words, which was really confusing, couldn't figure out anything good for the first puzzle, I had to see the walkthrough for the ending to realize that you could erase as many words as you want as long as they are in two zones. Loved that the game as several endings and several solutions for each sentence with such simple headlines, it's really clever

I absolutely loved this game. Amazing idea. Good job!

Clever application of the theme with simple intuitive controls, a very striking visual style and a fun, wry sense of humor. Awesome job :)

Wow, just fantastic! It feels like it would be set in the same country as Papers Please. But really this is such a fun unique idea for a puzzle game. Small thing though was that the red text was a little difficult for me to read

Very interesting idea, I like this art style very much. This game reminds me of the unscrupulous media in our country, and now the news is gradually losing its authenticity.

Very clever and amusing. Only improvement I could think to make is some indication that your input is a "nonsense" one with no associated picture\outcome, but since the game's so short it's no big deal to play again and try other combinations.
