I really liked the homemade art and audio. Cool concept too, not just being limited to the standard bowling pin layout but instead having a chessboard-like puzzle environment.

Interesting take on the theme! The level design is really good and I loved how the plot twist affected the gameplay and the objective. You were really creative with that! Props for making 18 levels in a 48 hour game jam!

Cool use of theme.   It was a little hard to tell  if the bowling ball was going to count as hitting a pin or not on the spaces sometimes.   I wish there was a button to have him bowl early because sometimes I would be done and just have to wait. Pinny was funny. The acappella music   made me laugh.   Good job!

Aw, poor Pinny. :'( Congrats on the submission, though! I liked the gradual tutorialization, and also the twist for the last part of the game! The all-mouth sound design was fun, too

Poor Pinny! The story here was really strong, I felt so bad for Pinny and was thrilled when they finally stand up for themselves at the end.

The puzzles are great, and the time pressure really helps - I often found myself making poor decisions in the later stages when there's a lot of moving parts to each puzzle and very little time to respond.

As others have pointed out, the double reversal is inspired!

Hey that was really cool! Didn't know what to expect when playing as the pin, but it was a pretty nice puzzle game. I really stayed the whole way through for the story though. Comedic and glad we got some sort of revenge at the end, though I do wish maybe we got a little more revenge then him just quitting the game.

Overall very nicely done! Good job!!

Really neat idea! The gameplay is frantic and the fact it's really easy to make a mistake really works well with the themes of toxic friendship. I think that i would focus on the game's feel next to really take it to the next level. Good job! Also, when did Scott the Woz get so toxic...?

Nice story and puzzles, though there were some bugs (like the level being complete despite there still being pins and incorrect avatars showing). I really liked the sound effects.

Ty, I am glad you liked the story and puzzles. Which levels were bugged out for you, were they pre big leagues dialogue or post big leagues dialogue? It is okay if you do not know, I will locate them regardless, thank you for bringing them to my attention.

Submitted

They were post big leagues dialogue, when Pinny gets hit by the bowling ball.

After the conversation with gramps? if so thats because the objective of the game has changed and now you are trying to keep the pins out of the bowlers way.

Submitted

Yeah, that’s when it happened.

Nice mix of puzzle game and time stress (in a good way). Also by adding almost every level something new, game keeps fresh for long time.

Developer

Thank you, I am glad that it was engaging.

Neat concept, never thought you could play bowling as the pin.

I spent like a minute on the title screen listening to that music, and the looping sound sounded like a bass drum. I then decided to make a little backing drum beat for the next 10 minutes, your music is such a bop!! Really good game, with two reversal of roles hidden in there! The story was great, puzzles worked out well, sound design was off the charts, art was charming. Amazing!

Developer

Thank you haha! I am glad the music was such a hit for you. I am super happy at how well the double role reversal was received, and that the puzzles and sound design were also enjoyable. thank you for taking the time to play, rate, and leave a review. It is greatly appreciated.
