Very cool Balatro-like challenging concept! I feel you get what's scale means when the Jam theme comes out.

Full of clever ideas. Could easily be turned / tuned into educational game for kids.

Cool game! Wonder if it would be possible to use float instead of integer, which supports much larger numbers, so that there can be more levels.

This is an amazing game, the only thing that would really take this to the next level is some nice graphics!

Fun title! Took a bit to realize I could only pick items in a single line, a slight explainer for that would have saved a fair bit of me thinking “is this broken?” early on. In the end, I got to level 9/15 before moving on :) It definitely is all about scaling!

this was surprisingly fun to play after figuring it out!
reminds me of balatro (your game has convinced me to maybe play it)

Took me some time to understand the game, but I enjoyed it once I played! I'd recommend making the UI more juicy and colorful (Search Calculate It on Google). But it's a fun game nonetheless! Check out my game if you'd like!

Took me a bit to realise I had to string the numbers together, but after that roadbump it got really fun.

Took me a bit to get the hang of the rules, but once I did, I really liked it!

Took a while for me to get the hang of it, but once I understood what was going on, I really enjoyed the gameplay!

Took me a while to understand wthat was happening and some of the finer rules, nothing a brief tutorial couldn't do. But once I understood I just kept trying and trying again to get higher scores!

When I first looked at this game I was scared because of the numbers. But after I started playing the game I couldn't stop until I got to level 15. This is a really great game and the powerup system is the best. Thinking about how I could use the given numbers in combination with my powerup and succeding made me feel very smart. 9.5/10, will play again.

I'm absolutely coming back to this once I've got through some more of the entries, this is so good! Made it to stage 12 so far but I'm convinced I can beat this with the right powerup build and a bit of luck/practice

The powerup system is really, really good, and if you roll well it felt like it was possible to get a build that would cover a good range of possible number combinations. I found myself gravitating towards powerups that would let me get an OK modifier but maximise my ability to generate rerolls - options like the square number powerup where I could preface the number with a 0, or the "first two numbers of the target" so I could use up a random number at the end. Don't know if that was an optimal strategy, looking forward to trying more!

Not sure if this was a bug or intended behaviour, but when I had a number that would satisfy multiple powerup conditions it didn't seem to apply both? In the screenshot below I've got a number that matches the first two digits and is square (not game breaking for me by any stretch - I really enjoyed this - just wanted to check though)

hi! so glad you enjoyed it :) yes, it is intentional that only one power-up triggers at a time, for balance reasons. i want to make a version where power-ups stack, but it would require me to re-scale and re-tune all the numbers.

a hint for strategy: you only get 2 extra moves per level, and each level multiplies the score by 11, so to be “sustainable” you either need more extra moves or a way to score more than 11x in 2-3 moves. just going 2x every move usually isn’t quite enough~

thanks for playing! if there’s enough interest, i’d love to turn this into a full game :DD

Really interesting concept. Sometimes I couldn't click on numbers, I might missunderstood the rules :3

Feedback : having just to hover on the BONUS to read them would be cool ♥

Seems that for the second and third digit, you can only click on ones in the adjacent row or column with the former digit.

I got to level 15! Bloody mary was quite useful :)

Very simple but fun game. I think it could of had a bit more in the way of graphical polish, and that the mechanic where your inputs had to be adjacent could have been explained better. Regardless, I had a blast playing it. I honestly really enjoy number games like this. Well done!

It had some unique ideas, but it was too confusing for me to understand :(. I liked the aesthetics, it was similar to the 2024 rougelike hit "Balatro".

It's a real joy to play, highly addictive!

It took me a really long time to understand that the numbers needed to be adjacent on the pad to be pressed in order.

Congrats, I had a fun time playing :)
