Super impressive even for 48 hours, let alone 8! For me it was hard, that you have to remember all three levels simultaneously, but overall experience was challenging and fun!
Interesting idea, I like it (and in 8 hours! I was worried about whether I could get mine done in 96 this year.).
When I was playing it, I sometimes found myself wishing that there was a way to see what the actual differences were on a floor after I got it wrong (like, what did I miss?). (Maybe; I don't know whether that would make it too easy.)
Really unique take on the theme! The gameplay is pretty challenging, but I enjoyed it. Well done, especially since it's made in such a short time frame!
I think I got lucky, but I reached the infinite mode with only one mistake! Just to miserably fail at the first attempt. But hey, luckily we don’t have to indicate each error, cause I was sure there candle on the left side of the first level x)
Anyway, I saw your video first and your work is impressive for the given time. Still, here’s my feedback: I think the game could use a better itch page, a menu with more quality of life option, and a better “end screen” probably too. I wish I could see what it could be if you put more time into it, but that’ll be a forever dream!
Had to play this because something about the title screen was just so oddly familiar. Really fleshed out entry and a very cool iteration on the classic 'find the difference' style of puzzle game. Always encouraging to see a fresh feeling non-violent game loop. Makes us want to play a game where you walk through a metroidvania and just count all the monsters. Censusvania.
Amasing pixelart, well done!
Really creative concept, pretty hard to critique since it was made in eight hours, though I'll say I think giving the player a notepad in-game and then a timer on the model floor where they have to frantically take notes would be very cool. Otherwise, it's mostly just a memory game (with some very hard to notice where's waldo type situations), but it's still neat and a fun idea. Love the meta humor and the game design theming!
Cool concept, good game.
i think im doing good so far
hey, I saw you YT video and it made this extra impressive, good job man! :)
Creativity 5 stars
Video game Witch girl becomes sentient and wants to become a game designer (she doesn't realise the game needs to be shipped and she's making bugs)
Super fun and silly spot the difference game and I love that little bit of meta humour about the jam name. Wish I wasn't garbage at it lol
This was super fun, I almost beat it, but I kept getting into my head about certain things. I loved seeing what all could change and then going back to count more each time. Only one nitpick, and that is that the main level has a single tile that is out of place and it really bugs me. (one of the ones under the teleporter)
Very cool idea. Reminds me of a lot of the mario maker spot the difference levels!
Pretty fun, and interesting take on the theme. Love me a good memory game
Nice entry, and I'm bad at it
Really unique concept, more so with only 8h of development! Memory games aren't my strength, though hahaha. Congratulations on your submission! :)
It took me longer they I would like to admit to finally get it. Very fun idea
Nice game! The beginning was quite hard for me to understand, so some more obvious first floors would be easier to get into the game. Also love the unique concept!
Really polished game for 48 hours! I think the concept is really unique
I loved the dialogue at the start that mentions the theme! The gameplay was unique and fit the theme of the jam well.
