I loved the style and the music!
i see we both took the same mythology and made it into a game haha. Great visuals and game feel, i also like how chaotic it gets as more blocks are introduced. idk if this is a feature but im able to just throw blocks off the map which makes it really easy... over all amazing game!
Yes! You can throw the blocks off the map, but they appear again at the top like you do if you fall. It's randomised where they reappear ☺️ thanks for enjoying!
Fun and oozing with style!
A really interesting take on the concept! I only wish the deeds physics were more appropriate to their size: throwing the smallest stone feels the same as throwing the largest. But it is a fun arcade, with clear potential for post-jam polish!
It was a bit hard for me to remember which key did what (like pick up/scaling and etc.), but after getting used to it, the game was still pretty challenging but actually fun, I really think it's a good interpretation!
very cool concept, and i love the design of the game "૮₍ ˶•⤙•˶ ₎ა
Very cool game! I loved the aesthetics and your choice of fonts and effects :) It was fun to have some big corporation problems in the afterlife :D
I needed some time to get used to controls, as the keys needed were a bit unusual to me, but it was okay quite soon. I also thought that sometimes the game didn't need me to do much as the boxes got balanced on their own :) It probably would be great to have longer levels and maybe more than one of them!
Really gorgous presentation and nice idea!
dope concept. music is banger
the most stylish thing i've played this jam!! thought it was a really neat interpretation of the theme and i'm impressed by the extra bells and whistles you fit in here in the time frame. i unfortunately experienced a bug where i got stuck under a box and couldn't jump or pick anything up until i won, but it didn't seem to be a regular occurrence. nice game!
Fantastic game, really good work!
From someone with a game that has a similar theme to yours, I think this is a great take on it. Nice work!
Love the vibes here! the music, visuals and frantic gameplay all blend together really nicely. I did get stuck on some of the smaller boxes a couple of times, which was a little frustrating but never game-braking. Good job!
Wow, amazing entry!!! We loved the art style so much—it reminds us of the old DOS games. The sound effects and music fit perfectly, and the take on the theme is really creative. Awesome job!
This was great - love the synthwave Egypt, it's a vibe. Normal and Hard modes both feel really nicely balanced in terms of difficulty, with Hard mode definitely upping the challenge!
This is honestly fantastic, from the music to the art and how slick the controls are, everything is insanely polished, love it to bits!
Great art, Good music, Great Game! Fits the theme super well in multiple ways. I beat it on easy and hard and enjoyed both. Also I could never tell; Does player's weight counted on the scales ?
Thanks so much for enjoying! Yes, the player's weight also counts for the scales.
Create game, good game design, fits the theme super well. Good art and sound effect. Love it.
Super great idea with the afterlife and the scales! Great game
Enjoyment: 4/5
Creativity: 5/5
Style: 4/5
It probably would've been cooler if the game was infinite
What was that? This mix of concepts and fitting the topic is amazing.
The art is wonderful and the gameplay simple yet enjoyable.
Congratulations, amazing job! SYNTHWAVE FOR THE WIN!.
PD. It remembered to one of our previous project for a Jam, also in the synthwave style, it felt very similar! Take a look if curious, on my page called Cryptogeddon!
